Pros:

Superstort rum och väldigt trevlig värd. Värden hjälpte oss hyra moppe och tvättade. Läget var riktigt bra.

Cons:

Sängarna var lite hårda men gick bra ändå!

Spacious room with balcony and view over Dalat. Great location with good service.
Pros:

We had an upper floor apartment with a lovely view. The room was large with modern bathroom. The staff were gorgeous. Our room was kept spotless. A really lovely stay. Honestly the best we have had in 3 months of touring Vietnam.

Pros:

Bolo to tam veľmi príjemné. Personál( majitelia) sú úžasný ,milý a nápomocný . Dobrí ľudia. Poloha skvelá.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The hospitality was truly exceptional. The hostess is a very pleasant and kind woman who genuinely cares about her guests. She makes a real effort to speak English, which we truly appreciated, and it was very easy to communicate with her. She is open, understanding, and always willing to help. You can clearly see that she does her best to make every guest feel comfortable and satisfied.
The location is also excellent — close to the city center, yet situated on a quiet street. Because of that, we slept very well. The view from the window overlooking the city was absolutely beautiful.
We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Amazing accommodation!!
Pros:

The properties location was great!! The room was cleaned each day and had hot water. Thank you The lady who runs the hotel is the sweetest and so accommodating and look after you well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Not much light in the room that we were in.

Great location for a short stay.
Pros:

A very friendly hotel. The room was spacious with 2 windows.
Great location amongst other hotels with the lake, night market and restaurants an easy walking distance. A short walk from a great bakery!
When we asked for breakfast recommendations the owner sent us to a restaurant 2 doors up that opens at 6am and is very friendly and popular with local tourists.
The owner also helped us with bus tickets for our onward travel.
