Thank you guys at the reception
Pros:

We were received with a warm welcome and in a pleasent way and all our requests were attended to without hisitation, also when we checked out my kids left some items behind and the staff calld me to inform me and i was assured that they will safe keep the items till i come and collect.

I will defenetly stay there again.
