كان نظيف وللأسف الأثاث لم يجدد انا لي معهم 4 سنوات نفس الأثاث والفرش

طلبت غرفه غير مدخنين الغرف اللي بجواري دخان والممرات دخان لم استطيع النوم من قوة الرائحة

لم أقوم بتجربة الإفطار
ازعاج كبير من الغرف العلوية بشكل غير مقبول وتم إبلاغ الاستقبال ولكن لم يتم حل المشكلة ..
ايضاً لا يوجد باصات للتوصيل للحرم وهذا عائق آخر كلفني مبالغ كبيرة للذهاب والعودة للحرم
