Worst hotel in the state. Nothing worked no Wi-Fi no breakfast no pool. False advertisement and rude staff

Smelly Room

Upon arrival, I noticed the hotel had a stinky musk to it. They proceeded to give us our room on the first floor. We went into our room and there was bedbug poo on the sheets and on the mattresses. There was human puke on the floor and mould in the bathroom. We requested a different room. They put us up on the second floor and the room was no better my stay was scheduled for four days. I left the very next day. Definitely never book at the Baymont in Brooklyn Park. This hotel should be shut down permanently.

There were no towels in our rooms when we arrived and had to ask for some and a few times through the stay, the room was very humid the entire trip, thing left from previous visitors were left in the room/bathroom.
I will say when it came time to put out a noise complaint the staff was very quick to resolve the issue.

We were expecting waffles and other things not a bag with things in it that I couldn’t eat!

No sheets on bed only mattress pad duvet, cover and on top of that was a flat sheet. So many things in the room for cracked, broken torn. Apart, huge sticky spots in the floor the room should have been under construction to be fixed. I'm not rented out for a $100 a night. They're free cottonel, breakfast. It was a bottle of water, a chocolate muffin that was expired by 3 months a granola bar in an apple that was so dark. It almost looked black. You only get one towel. One washcloth and 1 hand towel in a king, sweet room. Absolutely, horrible smells throughout the whole place. Our rooms meld absolutely terrible, and it was hotter than a blue blaze's air conditioner barely worked bathtub. It didn't work no remote controls for the tvs

It wasn’t clean it had a smell and didn’t have towels when I first walked in the room.

Please get the pool fixed

We take a room for two adults and three children, in the breakfast hour the answered about our five breakfast was: “two breakfats for room”… finally we take the total

Didn’t smell the best inside. staff took 15 minutes to come to the desk. No clarification that the pool was shut down. The parking lot had trash all around and lastly the halls weren’t the cleanest. Lucky enough not to see the room but probably would’ve been disgusting considering all other facts

There was no food. The whole building smells like mode, the bathtub is black. The stats are on the phone all day walking around all day outside is very dirty. Trash is everywhere inside dirty and stink.

The location was perfect for what I needed!

The swimming pool is closed , ice maker or 3rd floor only and 3rd floor is full of fruit flies

The place was very dirty, smelled like weed walking down the hall. No breakfast, pool was closed due to Heath Department, floors were dirty and sticky , 1 light bulb in light fixture in room, Tv didn't work, only a top sheet & mattress cover , other bed didn't have any pillows. Carpet had paint stains all over, paint stains in bathtub, & chair we had was deteriorated and dilapidated.

No pool, no hot tub, no ice machine, no pillowcases on pillows, only one set of towels was given for my room with 2 beds, false advertisement at its finest

Stated free continental breakfast. Was no breakfast the 2 days i stayed. Would've been ok had there been a microwave in the room as stated there would be when i booked, the whole hotel was dirty, smelled like nothing but Marijuana and just gross smelling, the staff was terrible as well and not helpful at all, tried to charge my card over $500 total on a $206 two day stay

Came in and it had such a foul smell so I went to the front desk and told them and they gave me another room. That room smelled worse. The bed sheets had stains. One bed had no pillows just 2 small decorative ones. The bathroom was disguised the towels looked used. It was so bad we check in at 3 and checked out at 4 after trying to get a refund! Spent so much on the room and spent so much time trying to get a refund I’m disgusted and disappointed and NEED MY REFUND NOW

Breakfast advertised but NOT available. Not even coffee. Pool advertised but NOT available. NO ice available from any ice machine in the entire building. Elevator and hallways filthy. Room carpet disgusting.

The hotel was evidently shut down and we weren’t aware until we arrive to check in.
