No hot water for the first night, for a 430 sar night
Low ceiling, very soft mattresses
No table in the room to eat and not allowed to eat on the terrace
Breakfast on terrace is possible only between 7-8 am otherwise it's in the room, no coffee or milk for breakfast just black tea
Had to pay 30 sar for a lost card key
Old and not clean furniture

High price
Great view from the room. Tasty breakfast.
Doors to room were slide style and quite annoying/loud. Room was small. Difficult to walk to nearby shops. Drive to get there was challenging/steep.
