Pros:

The only issue was if you have a guest above the floor noise can be loud. Otherwise friendly staff ,clean and convenient to shopping ,beach restaurants.

We're happy to have finally found a hotel where we like one with all we wanted.
Pros:

The location was terrific. The staff were great. The kitchenette was unexpected and we loved it! When we go back to Ogunquit, we will stay at Aspinquid if there is availability, hands down, no question.

Cons:

The water could have been hotter in the shower, but it wasn't bad. Despite the fact that we were in a non-smoking room, the people above us smoked. That was the biggest, and only real complaint we had.

Location was excellent! Room was very clean, bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, staff was great!

A hidden gem on the coast of Ogunquit with a walk to downtown as short as the walk to the beach.
Pros:

Jamal at the front desk was absolutely amazingly hospitable. Made our stay that much more enjoyable. Room was clean, bathroom brand new with tv in the shower!?
The view was unbeatable and the 5 minute walk across the river to the beach was gorgeous.
Would stay here again over and over.

Absolutely nothing.

Really pleasant stay with affordable price.
Pros:

Location perfect between beach and town but quiet and Japanese garden/river view lovely. Staff sent me early notification when my room was ready and allowed me to use parking lot until then so I could play. I was in the lower section so no one passed my room, no noise, and seating in garden for hanging out so not "trapped" in room.

Cons:

Everything great. Preseason so no idea how mid season compares.

Nice location and stay, mattress and AC system should have been better to enjoy the stay.
Pros:

Location was perfect.

Cons:

The mattresses were not comfortable. The AC system sucks. It was too loud and regardless of the auto mode it keeps shutting on and off with a loud noise every time it does that. Really an annoying one to sleep.

It my go to hotel when staying in Ogunquit Maine
Pros:

The staff extremely nice! The rooms and grounds are super clean. They have an outdoor pool. Cleanest pool I’ve ever seen!

The location. Right downtown in Ogunquit. Can walk everywhere
