Quarto e roupa de cama e banho de primeira linha! Máquina água quente e gelada e gelo a disposição. Hotel lindo! Café da manhã, piscina e academia! Localização ótima!
Café da manhã sem muita variedade! Pouca opção saudável e para intolerante à glúten!
Great location and well maintained and clean lobby area. Staff all lovely and friendly. Breakfast was a buffet and was good.
Our bedroom was due a refurbishment. Sticky carpets a particular turn off and would deter me from staying again.
Quarto, localização e café da manhã espetacular.
Nada.
Excellent position, not far from Union Square, where you can pick up the trolly for most sites.
Staff friendly, breakfast good (especially the coffee) didn't have a lot of choices but good quality.
Bedroom large and the air conditioning was quiet and worked well, good pillows and bedding and very comfortable bed.
Tv had lots of channels
Loved the happy hour between 4 pm and 6pm, the drinks were well made by john and Free, including wine beer and some cocktails.
Even if you are into the marines, the building and its history is interesting
The only thing that was not in keeping with the quality off the room was the shower curtain. It made the bathroom seem old.
This is a very small thing and all that I could think of as a negative .
Service and breakfast
None
Everything was perfect. Starting with the incredible kindness of allowing us to check in much earlier—we had only slept for 3 hours, and being able to rest truly saved our day—and ending with the wonderful invitation during their happy hour. Without a doubt, we will recommend it and it will be our choice if we ever return to San Francisco.
Nothing! It surpassed our expectations.

Great location had everything you need.
Location was amazing...walkable to Chinatown, Embarcadero, and Financial District. The street was a bit noisy (expected for a big city), but the hotel itself was an oasis! Breakfast (and the breakfast room on the 12th Floor--what views!) were wonderful. The exhibits about Marine Corps history were an added plus. Most of the staff were outstanding, too.
The staff at the happy hour were a bit abrasive--maybe it was just that week, or maybe happy hour isn't happy for restaurant staff. Anyway, we skipped happy hour and just enjoyed the lovely staff at breakfast (in the same gorgeous 12th floor restaurant) instead!
La ubicacion estaba perfecta y el desayuno tambien muy rico. La atencion del restaurante fue muy buena.
Seria bueno un poco mas de variedad en el desayuno. Todos los dias fue el mismo menu.
