My air just kept cutting off. The staff let me know when I got there to keep it on “low” or it’d blow out. It still didn’t work well and I had to keep turning it back on. The light for the sink almost gave me a seizure.

Nasty bed sheet burnt, with lots of with reddish and brown stains on the pillowcases black mold stains. The restroom were nasty I had asked for non smoking rooms well it said non smoking but stank like cigarette and other horrible smell. Ask management for a new room it was the same couldn’t sleep not lasted not even 4 hours and left. My mom had gotten 2 rooms for her and my family paid before hand and management was asking for cash for what? Idk Just want to put out there we had 5 kids one been disabled this Hotel needs to change to a motel name!

Staff sexually harassing

I brought my cat because they said pet friendly. I was told to put zero pets, because the young lady was trying to help, because their was a pet deposit and I lost my home in the flood. I was putting 1 pet on paper work and she said just put 0. The next morning the man in the office accused me of lying about my pet and said, (none of their employees would ever tell me to do that). I was told to do that and he pretty much called me a liar! I told them from the start I had a pet! all I wanted was a peaceful experience and to rest from the stress of losing my home and personal property. Now I feel very 😣 uncomfortable. I'm sorry I didn't just pay the 15 extra for my fur baby! But I did put a deposit on the room. plus they wanted a pet deposit. (The room smelled like mold). once I turned on the AC it was not so bad. I was to tired to have to move to another room and possibly encounter more issues! (Sir you didn't have to be so rude, on top of calling me a liar!) My fur baby is house trained also! if your pet friendly I seriously couldn't tell. (kicking people when their already down won't help you rise!)

What I didn't like was the staff member who specifically threw the key at me and told me to get out of here per se. When I locked myself out of the room he verified that my friends identification was on there but I was trying to tell him I was a guest on there but he saw my friends ID and told me to get out of there thinking that I was just overwhelming around with the random key. So yeah that was the part that I really didn't enjoy at all. It Loki pissed me off. I really didn't even know what to think or do cuz I don't usually stay at locations like that but you know we had to do what we had to do for the kind of money we had they could have used some upgrades for sure. It kind of looks like in 1997 in there even in the front office to the rooms and more would be great and upgrade would definitely be a laundry and washer because I needed to wash clothing and found against laundry but they were just vending machines in there which was disappointing. I love the layout and the overall scheme of the hotel. It's like a little maze.

Dirty. Found a dirty sock in the room. Plug ins didn’t work. Only one light worked. Staff argued with me about how many kids I had in my car asking if “I was sure” on how many kids I had.
