Great location and great staff.. comfortable environment and bed
Easy access to food and the interstate.
I love the fact that it is a lower price hotel but with the cleanliness and the staff make it like a luxury hotel. Great place to stay.
Really nothing. We had no complaints.
There was lice in the bed!!!!!!++!! Otherwise the room was clean, shower was hot, atmosphere peaceful until I realized what was in the bed. I've missed work, staying home to treat the lice ..Horrifying!! I can't locate the phone # to inform them, so this will have to do.....
This is the only reasonably priced hotel that is actually clean and not full of people hanging out in the parking lot.
The only problem we had was that the toilet was constantly running, but that was our only problem.
It’s the nicest of the three that I used in the area.
Nothing. It was great!
Didn't stay I cancel the room
Nothing
Leaving
The manager is nothing more than a criminal. He is lurking around the property for any reason to rob you of your deposit. BTW is $100. The whole room wasn't worth $5. It was deplorable. Stains on the lampshade that looked like someone spit chewing tobacco on it. The only light in the room wouldn't come on. The light above the bathroom sink flickered constantly. This made the room look like a horror movie scene. The toilet was clogged. My room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was debris consisting of hairs, trash, dead bugs, and dirt on the floor. I saw blood on the sheets! To call this place a rat hole would be a complement. Just save yourself the misery and avoid this place, and these people at all cost. It really needs to be condemned before something terrible happens.
NOTHING! The nasty room I ever experience.
The bed sheets/pillarcase was dirty. You could tell the linen had not been changed, hair everywhere in the bed. Had to hold the toilet knob to flush it. The owner very RUDE. The worst experience I ever had. Please fine a better hotel to rest at, this is not the ONE.
I didn't like any part of this motel. Worst ever
There was hair all over the "clean" towels. The room smelled of urine when we walked in. Didn't take long to figure out why. Someone peed in the bed and they put new sheets on, hopefully, but the mattress was still wet it absorbed through the sheets. There was no way I was laying in that bed. Asked for another room and they said that's all they had available so I asked for a refund and they don't give refunds. I left and went to another motel down the street. Not even good enough for a quick f**k and go. Save your money
The lady working the front desk was very polite and helpful
My room was disgustingly dirty & it made me very uncomfortable. The sheets looked like they had blood stains or either they weren't washed. There was hair everywhere. The bathtub was disgusting, the knob was broken so only the store head worked. The toilet paper dispenser was broken and I found someone else shirt
Nothinh
Overflowing toilet
Broken microwave
Rude staff. Reluctant or slow to return deposit.
Nothing
I didn’t like that I never even got booked in because my license expired and they charged my card 75$ and I couldn’t even get a refund thats not right.
The bed was comfortable and the location is decently close to downtown Mobile. Fair prices.
This was the most run-down hotel I have ever stayed at. The prices were fair but they charged me $40 for my dogs to stay. I did not even leave my dogs there without me being there. They did not do $40 worth of damage but I can see where other pets have done damage. It was a good place to sleep but the walls and doors are extremely thin. I could hear everything outside and inside. I did not feel comfortable using the bathtub, not because it was dirty. It was just old and kind of crusty looking. The soaps given to you were small and cheap looking. The ice machine did not work. Seemed like they were doing some kind of remodeling or changes to the property. I would go again just to have a fairly priced place to sleep at night. Would not recommend it for a luxury stay or if you did not already have things to do planned outside of the hotel. Felt uncomfortable staying for more than a couple of nights.
