Your best bet for a (comparatively) value priced room anywhere near Frisco.
Pros:

The big positive for this place is that it costs less than any other hotel room in the Frisco area! Clean enough and maybe your last chance to dial a call on a 1970's push button in room phone!

Cons:

This is an older, but reasonably maintained hotel. There is no breakfast provided (as they really don't have an area large enough).

Very cozy!
Pros:

This place had the friendliest, homiest feeling. It was super cozy and very quiet. The bed was great, pillows perfect, everything we needed was available. They let us park one of our cars there all day after we checked out while we went skiing.

Cons:

I loved it all! this felt like the hidden gem that made our vacation accessible to us without breaking our bank

Great value with kind staff!
Pros:

Maria was very accommodating to our request to split up our one reservation for one room into 3 separate rooms because one of us (i.e. me) got sick a day earlier. She also allowed me to check in much earlier than regular time. I was very appreciative of her willingness to help out our situation without much advance notice. Very generous and professional.

Perfect for my needs, close to things I needed.
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfy as were the hosts. Enjoyed that they have a hot tub. Walking distance to bus station, grocery, restaurants, etc. Bus to downtown Frisco and Breckenridge stops very close by. Bike/Walking path access a block away.

Cons:

no fruit at breakfast, but at least there was something for breakfast.

Cozy and affordable!
Pros:

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. I travel from Florida to do some snowboarding. There's a really nice couple who run the hotel. The hotel has a mountain cabin feel to it, which I love. I always grab a couple breakfast pastries and some coffee before heading off to the slopes. The price is great.
