Perfect for my needs, close to things I needed.
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfy as were the hosts. Enjoyed that they have a hot tub. Walking distance to bus station, grocery, restaurants, etc. Bus to downtown Frisco and Breckenridge stops very close by. Bike/Walking path access a block away.

Cons:

no fruit at breakfast, but at least there was something for breakfast.

Cozy and affordable!
Pros:

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. I travel from Florida to do some snowboarding. There's a really nice couple who run the hotel. The hotel has a mountain cabin feel to it, which I love. I always grab a couple breakfast pastries and some coffee before heading off to the slopes. The price is great.

Pros:

Good price, Good location

Cons:

Outlets are very old and non of the cords that I plugged in would stay in the outlet. such as cell phone chargers laptop chargers, lamps etc. Also the tub didn't drain very well. Had to stand in a puddle of water when takign a shower

Reasonable at price point
Pros:

Basic hotel, definitely dated. Everything was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The hotel was reasonable for the price paid.

Okay place to spend night.
Pros:

Room was really clean.

Cons:

There is no breakfast… just few muffins. Room was quite dated. One bed was terrible with huge sags and dips. The other was decent.
