Charming mountain stay
Pros:

This is the perfect little mountain stay! Charming, exceptionally clean and great location. Large outdoor hot tub was nice to relax in. Breakfast offered a great variety for kids and adults. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful showing us what trails to explore and activities to enjoy while staying! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property!
Pros:

It was beautiful and very clean and affordable!

Cons:

The only thing is we were in a room directly by the hot tub and kids were going in and out of that door nonstop after 10:30 pm. That was my only complaint.

We had to leave the Colorado Trail due to fire and spent a comfortable night at the Breck Inn.
Pros:

Breck Inn is a really nice hotel, comfortable, clean and with friendly staff. Breakfast has a lot of choices.

Cons:

There is a bit of road noise on the west side, which the staff warned us about and gave us a choice of west or east.

Nothing. We chose the side facing the street so we could have a. Balcony and views which were worth the traffic noise.

Cons:

Ask for a down stairs room, because of my knees and still had a second floor room. It worked but without an elevator it was very difficult.

Free breakfast, easy parking. Ice machine by entrance convenient for filling coolers.

Cons:

If your room faces the mountains and the highway you may be bothered occasionally by a loud vehicle, but to be fair they did offer me a room on the back side facing the woods, and I’m sure that would be quiet.

Pros:

Not a bad location but a short drive from downtown. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. All the rest decent.

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre. Annoying dogs close by.

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Very charming and just outside of town by two minutes. Great views and great breakfast selection.

Cons:

It didn’t have an elevator. You have to drag your luggage up the stairs but it’s only two floors so not inconvenient. Great little Inn!

Excellent price vs value!
Pros:

The staff is extremely friendly, and the check-in and check-out went out smoothly. The breakfast is good, and their muffins are great. We were travelling with our doggy, and he even got his welcoming pack (dog treats and a toy), which was nice; details are important. Also, it was clean, the beds were comfy, and there was a Friday happy hour with free charcuterie and wine. I would stay here again, definitely. Price vs. value is great.
