Pros:

We like the staff, so friendly, chatty and helpful. The breakfast was good and in an completely American style. We had all facilities (laundry, gym, iron, water refill, microwave). The bedroom was big enough with the TV.
The location is perfect if you want to go if you want to go to Florida Keys or Key West.

Stay was great and comfortable but the breakfast was lacking quality and service.
Pros:

Room was nice, clean with good facilities. Facilties like Gym, playarea are available in the hotel. It’s location is also good. They dont have swimming pool in the hotel but in sister hotel next to this hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast had less options and refilling was done quickly. Had to ask at reception to call someone to refill the waffle batter and breads.

I like to stay there, and will continue to do so, eventhough there are some issues.
Pros:

The Hotel is well situated for our purpose, the Hotel is modern and easily accessible.
I have returned many times and will continue do do so. Of course some issues but overall good Hotel
Staff is super, they are well mannered and Friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast can be upgraded. This is a very low point.
The rooms need to be revised on how the doors close, because sometimes the lock does not close, always have to revise.
The door next to the elevator is not working very well, you have to revise it several times to make sure it closes well, this is to protect the guests.
Lastly, revise how the rooms smell before giving to guests, maybe revise the airco unit.
I would still recommend it for the price !
