Proximity to the Everglades

Cons:

At check-in the receptionist insisted I still owed money although the room was fully prepaid. It felt like she was trying to get my credit card info (the one on file was not my credit card) for possibly fraudulent purposes. They would not take cash. They had my address wrong (Europe instead of in US). At check-out they would not give me a receipt. And there was no hot water in the morning for a shower.

Um auf die Key‘s zu fahren ein guter Ausgangspunkt.
Pros:

Gute Lage , genügend Parkplätze vorhanden nettes , hilfsbereites Personal. Die Betten sehr bequem.
Es hat eine Wasserstation , Eismaschine und eine Kaffee Station .
Das Frühstück „ Amerikanisch“ und recht gut . Früchte , Oatmeal , Beagles, Eier , Pancakes, Omelettes und Saft . Den Kaffee kann man sogar trinken 😉.

Cons:

Die Dusche hatte kaum Wasserdruck und die Brause müsste dringend entkalkt / ersetzt werden. Irgendeine Maschine oder eine Lüftung war nervig laut .

Overall it was a good place to stay.
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We liked the filtered water machine where we could refill our reusable bottles. Breakfast was good, too.

Cons:

The hallways and room had an unpleasant odor.
