Pros:

Janet was great we were in town for 7 days and she really went out of her way to make her place feel like home.

The indoor pool was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. You can tell that Janet and David take great pride in there place and how they treat there guest.

Plus there is beautiful views

Not a bad option for a short stay
Pros:

The hotel was great. It had a pool, gym and complimentary breakfast. I did not use them but it’s good to have for a longer stay. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Cons:

The location was safe but it’s about 25 minutes away from Cooperstown where I needed to be. The price was steep for being that far away but it was the only decent availability left in the surrounding area because Cooperstown was all booked.

Excellent and will be back!
Pros:

Location was wonderful and in a cozy and secluded beautiful area. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The heated pool was our favorite part, as it kept our toddler very entertained. The rooms were also very spacious.

Cons:

Beds were a little squeaky and could have been a little more comfortable, but overall good enough for a decent sleep.

Pros:

The place was excellent-clean, quiet, 30 minutes from Dreams Park, wonderful owners, and the kids had a great time playing in the indoor pool

The owner was very nice and property was well maintained.

Cons:

The gym didn’t open until 9am and I like to workout between 5am-6am. That is the only thing I would change everything was great

Very cozy and refreshing with a nice pool
Pros:

They were the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is incredibly friendly and the land around the resort was amazing. The rooms are sound proof and the property was very peaceful. I would highly recommend Allen Lake Resort. We asked for a later checkout and they were very accommodating.

This was not a resort. The outside had debris everywhere. It felt like visiting someone's home.
Pros:

The continental breakfast and room size.

Cons:

Pool hours ended too early. Beds were not comfortable and squeaked loudly.
