De ligging, grootte van de kamer, balkon, vriendelijk personeel.

Top plek in Zandvoort!
Pros:

Prachtige plek, heel stijlvol ingericht en schoon. Met een klein, beschut en zonnig terrasje op de begane grond. En koffie, thee en een koelkastje op de kamer. Uiterst vriendelijk ontvangst, op loopafstand van het centrum. Prima (en voordelig) parkeren bij parkeerplaats 'de Zuid'. En super ontbeten bij 'Le Bar'.

Cons:

Het was gehorig. We hoorden in de avond continue mensen boven ons lopen (het leek wel stampen) en stoelen schuiven. Dat was echt vervelend. En omdat er niemand meer bij de receptie aanwezig is, kun je het ook niet melden.

Przepiękny obiekt w cichej lokalizacji blisko plaży. Czysto! Pobyt bardzo udany.
Pros:

Czystość bez zarzutu, piękne, nowe, nowoczesne wyposażenie, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Bardzo pomocna obsługa.

Opcja wejscia do budynku tylko spersonalizowanym linkiem przy braku całodobowej recepcji- może jakaś opcja kodu w domofonie?

Cons:

Clef sur téléphone ( pas pratique en cas de batterie déchargée) les cartes physiques présentes dans la chambre n'ont jamais été activées.
Réservation pour 2 jours. Retour le 1 er jour a 20h30 les cartes sur téléphone avaient été désactivées.plus d accès à la chambre.
Quand enfin rentrés, femme de ménage avaient fait les lits mais pas laissé de serviettes de douches.
2 lits simples par super confort les matelas s'écartent laissant un trou. Penser à prévoir sur matelas ou housse pour réunir le lit double.
Pas de petit dej possible.
Cafetière dans la chambre non vidée des précédents locataires.

Die Dienstleistung entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen, daher können wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen

Lage war ok, Bad war ebenfalls ok

Cons:

Zugangscode funktionierte nicht, Info über WhatsApp statt Mail, Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht, Betten nicht gemacht, TV funktionierte nicht, kein Personal greifbar

Prima verblijf voor 1-2 nachten. Leuk ingericht en schoon.
Pros:

Leuk ingerichte kamer met moderne leuke kleine badkamer. Prima bedden.

Cons:

De handdoeken waren redelijk hard en roken echt vreemd en zeker niet fris. Ik wilde dit in ochtend melden maar voor 9.00 u is er geen personeel.
Het is wel beetje gehorig. Wij hadden gezin met jonge kinderen boven ons dat hoorde je wel.
