Comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful and kind, great communication and letting me check in late and storing my luggage after check out.

It’s a bit run down- the towels are old, the staff is not very welcoming, there’s no coffee provided, and the biggest problem was there was no hot water

This property is all about the location (2 blocks from the venue where I hosted an event).
There is no ice machine, the attendant is there limited hours each day and the water never got hot in the shower (after running it for 5 mins & this is CA so one shouldn't waste water) so we had to 'shower' by using a washcloth in the sink. It's a lot of money, especially for 2 beds and 3 people, but again, it's about the location (and was also walkable/quickly drivable to several places I have frequented for many years). I doubt I would ever stay there again unless it was under the exact same circumstances.
