Unpleasant.
Pros:

The hotel is in a nice spot a few miles from Lake Bled and close to local supermarkets and a sweet village. It is kept very clean and has a lovely pool.
The peace of the mountains
interrupted is only by the hum of a nearby motorway and the barking of the owner's dog.

Cons:

The 'sport' in the title is something of a misnomer - the tennis court no longer exists. There are lots of rules dotted around the hotel - no shoes around the pool etc
Those we could cope with: our issue at this hotel started almost straight away.
The lady in reception gave us a cold welcome. Fine. Our teenage sons were outside in the gardens quietly watching football on a lap top. No one was else was there. When their team scored they cheered in happiness. The reception lady quickly came out to tell them to be quiet. They apologised but she
continued: 'You had better not be doing that in the room. This is my nice side. You don't want to get on my wrong side.'
We were surprised.
But not as much as two nights later when, at 11pm, shortly after we'd got back from a dinner in Lake Bled she banged on the door of our boys' bedroom and told them she'd had enough of them 'banging about like elephants'.
One of them was in bed watching TV on his laptop, the other had just come out of the shower.
She said she was sleeping in the room downstairs and they'd kept her awake.
They asked her what she meant. She said if they didn't stop they would be thrown out.
They hadn't been doing anything in their room out of the ordinary - moving to and from the bathroom etc.
My son came to get me and we ended up having the most extraordinary row as I asked if she wanted them to go to the toilet on tiptoes. We have travelled widely as a family and we have never had a single complaint about our boys.
At one point she said she had told her staff from the start that she felt we were going to be 'difficult guests'. I said if that had been the case we would have complained when we came down to breakfast half an hour before it ended to find most of the food gone.
I suggested that we leave the hotel the next day but she refused to refund our money.

Zeer schoon, op de hygiëne valt niks aan te merken, alles is erg netjes en schoon. Mooi en groot zwembad.

Cons:

Personeel niet vriendelijk. Geen welkom gevoel. Ontbijt is eenvoudig en geen mogelijkheid om zelf koffie of thee te pakken, dit kun je één keer bestellen als de man die het ontbijt verzorgt bij je langskomt. Van het ontbijtbuffet wordt niet alles goed bijgevuld. Verder geen koelkast op de kamer.

Een heerlijk familie hotel als een oase van rust
Pros:

De locatie net buiten Bled, een oase van rust met een heerlijk zwembad en een aardige hostess. De kamer is klein maar sfeervol en schoon. Het bed is heerlijk. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd en met zorg klaar gemaakt.

Het zwembad,de rustige sfeer in het hotel en de locatie.

Cons:

De douchecabine is erg klein en door de schuine wand in de badkamer wordt het erg krap om af te drogen en aan te kleden.
