Cons:

Los baños no funcionaban bien y las colchas todas viejas y pican. Huele a que no están lavadas no había agua caliente se le tenía que decir al encargado

Amazing, friendly, excellently located hotel, but unfortunately, Wi-Fi does not work.
Pros:

The water pressure is great, the hot water is great, the bed's comfortable and the staff are exceptional and really friendly and nice and it's an excellent location.

Cons:

There is no Wi-Fi. They have a Wi-Fi router, but it's one for the entire building and it just doesn't reach into the rooms and you just can't get Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Old building, some minor problems, but overall very worth it and excellent value for money.
Pros:

The location is brilliant. It is a block from the cathedral in the centre of town. It's an old building, but it's nice and the staff are really friendly. Quite impressive, it actually had the best shower I've ever had in Mexico. Amazing water pressure and incredibly hot.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there is no wifi coverage in the room I stayed in. They simply do not have enough access points, and you can't even see any WiFi at all. Some of the rooms are a bit run down and there was no power points except for one for the TV up near the ceiling because all the others didn't work. I made it virtually impossible to charge my phone, but I imagine this is just a problem with the room I was in.

Awful
Cons:

The pictures lie. The mattresses were worn out, soft, and loud. My friend laughed and thought the bed would break. The windows face other homes and you could hear and smell everything going on in a dozen different apartments. We were very glad to leave.

Pros:

Great location. Basic facilities but good value for money. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The hot water takes a long time to come through. This is no fault of the staff, though it can't be good for the planet.
