The cost was appropriate, in direct proportion to the location.
Hotel is located in an abandoned building area, empty buildings surround hotel for blocks. The parking lot and entrance are perfect to get assaulted; there is no personnel on the property making it unsafe. The locking security doors were found left ajar on more than one occasion, meaning non guest can gain unauthorized entrance to the building. One guest had two tires slashed on one of the nights, along with semi automatic gunfire at 5AM out on the street. Garbage and empty liquor bottles at the front entrance.
This was by far the worst hotel I stayed in. I felt unsafe the entire time. The ceilings were drop down ply wood. Creepy entrance and dirty.
Everything.
Nothing
Hot as hot ac doesn’t work
We were pleasantly surprised how cute it was. The only complaint is the walls are thin and our neighbors watched TV late into the night! But it was clean and cozy and cute!
The walls were a little thin and the location at first seemed a little curious - but it all worked out!
They had all the amenities and extras. There was a restaurant below with great workers who were really nice.
It was way too dark looking. It was kinda of eerie.
Directions and access were well communicated and easy to follow. Message to the property management had a prompt response. Inside the unit was very clean - bath, bed and sitting area. We couldn’t get one light to work and several bulbs were missing from the ceiling light. The tv looks like it might be falling off the wall but it did work for the little time we used it.
The exterior of the building had old trash all around and was not very welcoming. The elevator entrance and elevator itself felt like some maintenance was in order. The “hotel” lobby part was very clean as was the actual corridor to our room.
It was unique and clean.
The AC wasn’t working so we had to relocate to another room that was smaller.
Indigo pass is super cute! I love that it’s in the middle of the city and close to everything that I need. It’s the best kept secret!
The entrance to the building is not kept up very well, the floor walking in to the foyer is greasy and the elevator floor is sticky. I believe it’s due to the restaurant attached to the building and it may not be the responsibility of the hotel but since the space is shared, I would expect it to be kept up a kilt better. Floor degreaser would be an easy fix.
Nicely decorated, unique space, quiet, clean, comfortable, and walking distance to my event.
Bed was comfortable room was very clean thankfully the stench didn’t carry over into room. Not having to deal with actual staff or anyone on the property
Filthy outside , entrance absolutely disgusting elevator rancid and the lobby had an absolute horrible smell. It was awkwardly creepy at first with no staff on site.
The room had standard and clean amenities: shower, bed, mini fridge, linens, toiletries, working tv and remote, outlets to charge our phones. Hip decor once on 3rd floor. The cleaners flipping rooms were wonderful and were able to give us a second larger towel. Close proximity to a family wedding 15 minutes away.
Sketchy entrance, dirty service elevator to the top floor which is only part of building that is the “hotel.” Not easy to find, especially at night. No personnel to greet, ask or anything. Town seemed run down. I painted Plywood ceilings still have us scratching our heads. Weird smells.
Nothing , we left , couldn’t stay there
A/c didn’t work, sheets stained with something brown or dark red. Bar downstairs playing very loud music in the patio, junkie doing drugs in the parking lot
Comfortable, clean
Our 3 rd night there maintenance was working and playing very loud music, walking around above our room, banging on things, this continued until 2:30am or 3:00AM. I called the number we were given and a woman answered and told me she would call and see if maintenance man was near and could he stop by and see where the music was coming from and she would call me back, needless to say that call never came. We had a very sleepless night ! The owner e mailed me and stated that sometimes our maintenance men work ,"well into the evening " seriously ? He thinks 2:30 am is the evening ? I asked for a refund for our 3rd night as we got little to no rest because of this and I got NO RESPONSE ! THIS was our 3rd time staying here in the last 4 years for multiple days and it will for sure be our last ! I do not recommend this accomodations to anyone.
The privacy entrance.
The way up
Unsafe place because all locks of all doors have the same code! Issue was not solved and I was unable to stay there due to security concerns.
Location was VERY SKETCHY!!!!
The entry way smelled like URINE… very DIRTY… no workers. I ended up driving to the Miami Valley Casino and sleeping in the parking lot in my car until I could find another place to stay. DO NOT stay at this place. It was awful. I LOST the money I spent for two nights at this horrible place. Lots of people walking at night that appeared to be on drugs. I arrived close to midnight after driving for 8 hours just to have to sleep in my car…. The photos are very misleading.
Very unique property, secluded and quiet. Nice restaurants within walking distance and great coffee shop. The room was adorable and clean. Very happy with our stay.
My only complaint was the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, it only went down two degrees for our whole stay and was set to 69 but stayed at 78. They did have a fan in the room for us so that was helpful.
