F R Ü H S T Ü C K war einfach fabelhaft! Wir sind große Fans von sparsames Umgehen mit dem Essen und kämpfen gemeinsam gegen Lebensmittelverschwendung. Frühtück war auf Anfrage bzw. Bestellung, wir hatten gemischte Eier (oder war es sunny side up?) und Palatschinken, beide mega lecker und schön dekoriert auf dem Teller. Wir konnten sogar Früchte mit uns auf dem Weg nehmen. Freundlicher Koch bzw. Kellner am Frühstück hat uns sogar ein Foto gemacht :) die Zimmer recht groß und geräumig, mit antique Möbel, wir haben uns einfach wie zu Hause gefüllt und würden gerne wiederkommen

Such a pleasant surprise
Pros:

Booking made at 23:30 and arrived after midnight. Such a warmth welcome even at that hour.
Breakfast? The most impressive one in 3 weeks of traveling in more than 10 countries served by a true barista, a true gentleman.

Enttäuschend!! Wasserschaden und dann vollen Preis zahlen müssen!

Das Frühstück war das beste am dem Hotel. Die Bedienung bzw. der Herr der uns bedient hat war super nett, humorvoll und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten in der letzten Nacht unseres Aufenthaltes einen Wasserbruch und konnten niemanden erreichen. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir KEIN anderes Zimmer bekommen und mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen!

Check-In bis 00:00 Uhr angegeben.

Niemand war telefonisch an der Rezeption erreichbar und bei Ankunft nach 22:00 Uhr war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Unser Zimmerschlüssel lag unverschlossen auf dem Rezeptionstisch. Keine Auskunft über W-LAN Passwort.

Kein Lift / Aufzug, für mich problematisch nach einer OP.

Zimmerfenster war offen, obwohl es sehr heiß war. Keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilator. Der Safe im Hotelzimmer war verschlossen. Keine Minibar. Kein Wasserkocher. Keine Becher im Bad für Zahnputzzeug. Warmwasser erst nach sehr langer Wartezeit. Lichtschalter kaputt. Keine Steckdosen vorhanden! - Nur für Nachttischlampe und Ventilator. Bett zu kurz - am Fußende befindet sich eine Holzleiste, daher kann man die Beine nicht ausstrecken. Keine "Bitte nicht stören"-Tafel für die Zimmertüre.

Keine Information über vier Getränke auf dem Tisch im Hotelzimmer. Erst nach Nachfrage erhielten wir die Information, dass die Getränke zur freien Entnahme waren.

Generell keine Preisliste oder Informationen über das Restaurant. Auch keine Hinweise über Service oder Menü, das eigentlich online zur Verfügung steht.

Schwankendes W-LAN (Ausfälle)

WASSERSCHADEN an Tag 3 nach Mitternacht. Den Tag ab dem Frühstück nicht im Hotel verbracht und bei der Rückkehr ins Hotelzimmer nach 00:00 Uhr stand das Wasser im Bad. Das Badezimmer war überflutet. Toilette und Dusche waren NICHT benutzbar!

Keine Erstattung oder Entgegenkommen! Angebot in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln war nicht möglich, da angeblich(!) alle Zimmer besetzt waren.

Voller Preis wurde bar bezahlt!

Pros:

Schönes altes Haus mit Stil.

Cons:

Sind an einem Feiertag angereist, haben nach einiger Wartezeit dann den Zimmerschlüssel erhalten, ansonsten war an diesem Tag im Hotel kein Betrieb und auch niemand erreichbar.
