Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Unterkunft bietet wirklich außergewöhnlich schöne Zimmer - wir haben sogar ohne Aufzahlung ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen und durften schon um 11 Uhr ins Zimmer - also TOP! Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkservice hat auch super funktioniert! Die Pizza im Restaurant war 1A!

Cons:

Beim Bezahlen der Pizza im Restaurant hat uns der Kellner 10€ zu wenig zurückgegeben, woraufhin ich ihn angesprochen habe. So richtig entschuldigt hat er sich nicht und man hatte stark das Gefühl, dass er das mit Absicht gemacht hat. Das Ganze haben wir jedoch schnell vergessen und gar nicht weiter darüber nachgedacht :)

Unsere Erwartungen wurden wieder einmal übertroffen
Pros:

Wir wollten spontan das schöne Wetter auszunutzen und haben kurzfristig das Grand Koper Hotel gebucht. Der Aufenhalt war schön wie immer. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Parkservice funktioniert sehr gut, ist auf alle Fälle zum Empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer, wobei es am Anreise Tag etwas neblig in Koper war.

Wir hatten "leider" das Vergnügen, dass auch die österreichische Fußballnationalmannschaft der Frauen im Hotel geschlafen hat. Das Restaurant und die Dachterrasse war in diesem Zeitraum gesperrt, was auch irgendwie verständlich ist. Wir hätten auf die kleinere Pizzeria im Hotel ausweichen können, was wir aber nicht wollten. Das Hotelpersonal hat sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich reagiert und uns einige Alternativen aufgezeigt. Irgendwie war es aber doch eine coole Erfahrung/Erlebnis mit einer Nationalmannschaft im selben Hotel schlafen zu dürfen.

Vielen Dank nochmals für das Upgrade vom Zimmer. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu euch! Wir können unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im August kaum erwarten. Bis bald liebes Team vom Grand Koper.
