Pros:

Dobrý pomer cena/výkon. Jednoduché raňajky a veľmi dobré večere. Výber skromnejsí, ale chuťovo výborné. Nič nám nechýbalo.

Velmi rád využiju služby daného zařízení i v budoucnu :), vynikající personál, děkuji.
Pros:

Sice se kuchyně zrovna přestavovala, ale i tak kuchař připravil vše, co bylo třeba. Velmi vstřícně připravil, doplnil, přinesl....

Cons:

V nabídce ubytování přes booking se uváděly variace pokojů ( pokoje s manželskými postelemi, nebo "rozdělené". Těch je většina), ale personál ihned požadavek vyřešil skvěle. Jen a jen poděkování za vstřícnost...
Tuto nepřesnost nepovažuji za "chybu".

Widok na Tatry. Uprzejmość Pani w Restauracji.

Cons:

Chodzące mrówki po jedzeniu podczas śniadania. Tragedia. Brak udogodnień w pokoju. Podczas przyjazdu, poczułam się jak intruz pokazując rezerwację booking.

Všetko bolo v poriadku, na izbe nič nechýbalo, postele pohodlné z izby pekný výhľad. Raňajky bufetové stoly, výbor bol dostačujúci.

Cons:

Malinký televízor a išiel jeden slovenský program, ale to až tak nevadilo.

Raňajky priemerné, okolie neupravené. Pri hotely neporiadok.

Cons:

Čistota kúpeľne bola tam vyslovená špina. Cena večere vysoká. Na chodbách aj v izbe bol cítiť prepálené olej z kuchyne.

Ár-érték arányban elmegy, minimális vendégszeretet sokat javított volna az összképen.
Pros:

A szállás szép helyen van, sok a túralehetőség a környéken.

Cons:

Kommunikációs nehézségek, nem túl segítőkész személyzet. Svédasztalos vacsoránál este 8-kor a távozó személyzet a kihelyezett főétel nagy részét, és az összes desszertet elpakolta, mikor a levesnél jártunk, de a fix 15 eurot elkérték/fő. Reklamációra nem volt lehetőség, a személyzet nagyon gyorsan elfelejtette azt a minimális angoltudását is. A reggeli 7:30-10:00-ig van, gyakorlatilag fél 10 kor már pakolták el az ételt.
A falak papírvékonyak, mindent hallani a szomszéd szobából, füldugó ajánlott.
