Gave you 10 points, because negative things I mentioned are small and can be easily changed.
Pros:

Really helpful staff. Clean room.

Cons:

4 glasses in room but no water. Liquid soap in shower was mixed with water, or really cheap soap.

Pros:

Singing birds outside

Cons:

Only an idiot could make a lightning behind a bed all across the bed without a switch off. And the one that turns on itself at night. No instructions seen how to use it, only by accident we found a remote control to it. Extremely bad smoking smell at the reception because they accept smoking near the entrance where Russians or Ukrainians smoked. Very old and very dusty hotel, no more than 3 stars. Breakfast in nearly ok.

veľmi pekný a útulný hotel, interiér aj exteriér, pohodlné parkovanie po strechou, veľká vonkajšia terasa.

Cons:

raňajky viac menej vyhovujúce ale trochu slabší výber, možno preto, že sme išli neskoršie a už sa nedokladalo. Čakali sme viac.

Hezký a komfortní hotel, příjemný personál.
Pros:

Moc hezký hotel, snadně dostupné parkování hned u hotelu. Pokoje hezky zařízené. Všude čisto a uklizeno.
Snídani nemohu bohužel hodnotit, jelikož jsem jí vynechal.
Až zase příště pojedu do Košic, bude tento hotel preferovaná volba.

Cons:

Nemám co vytknout, vše bylo v naprostém pořádku.

Pekný hotel v peknom prostredí. No tam výpočet pozitív končí.
Cons:

Hodnotenie dávam hlavne s ohľadom na to, že hotel je 4* a snaží sa tak pôsobiť. Realita je ale iná. Kuchyňa je slabá. Raňajky na úrovni ubytovne (malý výber, nič špeciálne). Vyskúšali sme obed, rizito priemer, no skutočná katastrofa boli hovädzie líčka, boli suché a extrémne šľachovité. Kuchár mi po reklamácii odkázal, že to je také mäso a tak to má byť. SPA v hoteli je veľmi pekné, no zas to padá na personáli. Nikto tam nebol, len položené osušky. Vypnutá hudba, bar prázdny. Perličkou bolo privítanie. Prebiehala tam práve súkromná oslava prominentnej osoby, miesto toho aby bolo zariadené že niekto stojí pri vchode a decentne nás upozorní nech chvíľu počkáme, začali nás tam ako druhotriednych hostí postrkovať. Našli by sa ďalšie drobnosti, výsledok je však rovnaký - pekný priestor proste na príjemný pobyt nestačí.

Jedine co nas sklamalo bol pani z personalu ktora nas oklamala v cene . Vyziadala si o 30 eur viac ako nam slubila do telefonu.Skoda ze ludia nicia pracu majitelov ktory maju krasne vynimocne prisetory.Zial pre ludi a velke sklamanie komunikacie musim dat nizke hodnitenie.Je to na majiteloch aby vedeli aky personal zamestnavaju.Troska ich lutujem .Casinic super len recepcia zlyhala na plnej ciare
