Pros:

Krásny priestranný hotel v príjemnom prostredí, útulná izba s veľkou kúpeľňou. Raňajky naozaj výnimočné a personál na jednotku. Veľmi chválim, či už na recepcii alebo v reštaurácii. Takto by to malo vyzerať, palec hore.

Мы сделали заказ в 8 вечера, приехали в 10, диван был не приготовлен для третьего человека. Минут 20 мы вместе с персоналом пытались сделать это. Такое неприемлемо

Krásne tiché prostredie, príjemný personál, veľmi chutné raňajky a super reštaurácia s terasou.
Pros:

Príjemné ubytovanie v príjemnom prostredí. Obsluha príjemná a ústretová.
Raňajky veľmi kvalitné a chutné. Určite sa ubytujeme aj nabudúce.

Hotel je menší a príjemný, cca 8 minút od Košíc. No má svoje chyby.
Pros:

Hotel má veľmi pekný, takmer súkromný wellness, len škoda, že sa dopláca (10 eur na osobu na 2 hodiny). Personál je milý.

Cons:

V kúpelni bolo veľmi málo miesta na kozmetiku (pod umývadlom len malá drevená doska, nič viac). Veľmi veľa nasnežilo. Zamestnanci odhrabali od snehu svoje parkovisko pre zamestnancov, ale parkovacie miesta pre zákazníkov sme si museli odhrabávať sami. Chladnička na izbe takmer nefungovala - keď sme poprosili zamestnancov, aby sa na to pozreli, tak sa na to zjavne asi len pozreli, lebo naďalej chladila minimálne. Upratovanie izieb len veľmi jednoduché, doplnili toal.papier a vysypali kôš, raz upratali postel. Tento hotel nie je hoden 4 hviezd! Tie služby sú veľmi slabé.
