Nemůžu nedoporučit😄 klidná lokalita, příjemný personál, balkon. Bar, restaurace (do 21h). 1.5km vzdálený Trenčianský hrad👍
Pár věcí co jsi dojem. Zásuvka u postele na úkor lampy. Balkon bez stolky a výhled na plastové židličky. Speciálně jsem požadoval oddělené postele, které nebyly. Snídaně formou švédských stolů tu nehledejte. Čistota nic moc.
Dobré ubytovanie, v príjemnom prostredí, izby v tieni, napriek chýbajúcej klimatizácií nebolo veľmi horúci, ak keď boli vysoké teploty.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, our reservation was not in the hotel’s system. We were given the keys to another apartment and were about to be charged €300 for a one-night stay. Even though they asked for our passports on arrival, they still gave us keys to a room booked under a different name. It took around 30 minutes to resolve the situation, and after everything was sorted out, they asked for our passports again to enter our details into the system loosing again 10 min.
The breakfast was also very poor, with a limited selection. One of the items was slices of bread dipped in egg and deep-fried in a large amount of oil, which was very unappetizing. Even the coffee was so weak and diluted that you could almost see through it.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Krásne prostredie, veľká, dobre vybavená izba. Posteľ bola extra pohodlná a výborne sa na nej spalo. Personál bol milý a ústretový.
Raňajky boli skromnejšie a chýbalo mi tam napr. ovocie, sladké pečivo, cereálie.

Hotel sa nachadza v peknom lesoparku, velkou vyhodou je velke detske ihrisko priamo oproti hotelu v lesoparku. Lesopark je celkovo prijemny na prechadzky a najdete tam tiez lezecky park. Hotel je mensi,komornejsi, izby su pekne, personal je mily. Ranajky fajn, ekvivalentne 3* hotelu.
Kupelna bola starsieho data, na svietidlach boli pavuciny a na podlahe nebezpecne kachlicky,na ktorych by sa lahko dala porezat noha. Zisla by sa rekonstrukcia.
Miesto pekné, ale zlé služby ho úplne znehodnocujú.
Špinavá izba a celkovo celý hotel vrátane reštaurácie. Personál v reštaurácii nemal o nás záujem až sme mali pocit, že ich obťažujeme. Na terase množstvo mačiek a vrcholom bol pes jednej zo zamestnankýň, ktorý sa chodí na terasu, ktorá patrí k reštaurácii vyšpiniť.
