It was very comfortable for my one night stay! VERY CLEAN!! just outdated a little !

Cons:

Needs updating in rooms needs better customer service and needs repairs done for sure. We didn't even have all the amenities in room it said we did and if they were there they didn't work.

Edgewater 1st stay!
Pros:

The location was really good! Close to everything we wanted to go see and walking distance to family fun center and the beach. I liked that the room was bigger than I expected and it seemed ok for the price I mean it was a cheap room but it actually was better than I expected.
The room was allot bigger than I expected so that was great and it had a table in the room so we could play cards games. I liked that. The pool was open but it was kinda cool and my kids really wanted to swim so I let them and they seemed fine with it so I guess the water wasn't too bad but it definitely wasn't heated or anything so just be mindful of the water temp. Also the air worked kinda funny to me. Like they had a air-conditioning unit in the wall like a window unit but it quit working at one point and we told the front and when they came in they said that you got to use the wall switch which is kinda like a central unit switch so it was really confusing and it did keep the room really cool and comfortable but it was hard to figure out how to get it to work right. But all in all it was about a 7 out of 10 stay. I really would've stayed longer if they would fix just a few things and the owners were a little nicer to plp and maybe if they got some bigger beds cause full size isn't big enough for us.

Cons:

The owners were very rude acting and didn't really want to speak to us the other plp who worked in the front were nice but the owners just ignored us or acted funny towards us.
I found it weird that when I went to collect our deposit we were sitting in our car right in front of the door and we never saw anyone go in the room to check it out and we waited a good 45 mins and was ready to go so I walked back to the office to ask when was they going to look at the room and the guy working in the front told me he done checked it and I told him I didn't see anyone go in the room and all the guy said was that they are fast and don't stay in the room to long but I still didn't see anyone look in the room. So I pray they didn't have a camera in the room cause I swear I was watching the door the whole time. So IDK how they checked it but I did get my deposit back so I guess that's good.
Also the room i was in the extra top lock was broke and we could only bolt lock it! So we used a chair for extra security, the website also said they would have an iron and coffee machine but our room didn't have either and I paid extra for another bed but it wasn't in the room when I arrived and my husband didn't want me to cause a scene so he wouldn't let me go say nothing so I never did but we stayed home the majority of the time so it really was not a big deal but still I think I should get that extra money back for the extra need and also had to go but a coffee machine for our room but we needed one any way for the house so I guess it's okay but still.

Another enjoyable visit.
Pros:

This was my second stay and I will return, first time in a suite. The room was nice. I like how each room is unique and not cookie cutter. The staff is friendly.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like that was within their control. Rowdy spring breakers are hardly their responsibility.
