Don’t stay here !
Pros:

Nothing. It wasn’t clean. The pillows were flat. The air conditioner had a hole where you could see out of the side . It was raggedy and the face towels were brown and nasty. The soap wouldn’t even lather and it was horrible

Cons:

All of the above and I left my silver bracelet on the bed and they stole it. I called back. He said she had not seen it .

All in all it was alright, mainly because the location and the view, and the staff, the staff was amazing 🙌🏻 I mainly on

I loved that even tho the bed was stiff we could lay down and watch the ocean

Cons:

I didn’t like that I fount past tenants ole cigarette butts behind the bed in the floor and in the bathroom

Very uncomfortable, dirty and smelly.
Pros:

It was very close to everything, The beach, casinos, restaurants and more.

Cons:

The first room he gave us was very poorly cleaned, There were dirty sheets and pillowcases, floors wasn’t vacuumed. Bathroom tub had rings with hair, towels was not cleaned and toilet had pubic hairs.. So he changed our room to a suit. Once we opened that door it reeked of something almost dead. I guess it had been closed up for so long so we opened the door and sat on the balcony for a couple hours and smell went away. But the toilet was not clean, I wanted to ask for our money back at this point but instead we just stayed out at the casino and left that morning.. I will never stay there again even if it was the last hotel on earth! I never gave a negative review on any hotel I stayed but this one one pushed it.. I must say the front desk staff were very friendly but I will never stay at Edgewater Inn again.

Pros:

Left. Did not stay.

Cons:

First room was infested with spiders. They "upgraded" to a double suite. It was awful. All the wall paper coming down off walls in every room, linens were dingy, blood/red substance on the top comforter of one bed, i did a box spring check and there was a bug leg of some sort on the box spring cover along with all kinds of stains, the list goes on. Literally did not set anything down in either room. They should consider taking this location off their app.

Highly recommend Edgewater Inn!!
Pros:

Great location and staff was friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The curtains in our room didn't block out the morning sun nor the hallway night lights. Making it difficult to get sleep after traveling for 15 hours across country.

Last minute stop
Pros:

Location was everything & only thing.

Cons:

Carring luggage up outside flights of stairs in the rain. TV had no sound until guy came and fixed it. Only one chair in the room. Bed was hard as a rock. We left early because the bed was so uncomfortable.

A decent stay in Biloxi
Pros:

Edgewater Inn has a fantastic location and the room was spacious, and check-in was easy. There was ample parking and good access to local amenities via car. The décor could do with a little bit of modernising, but overall it was fine.

Cons:

WiFi was only available right up against the window of the room, and there was no signal elsewhere in the room.
