Pros:

Loved the separate bedroom from living room with pull out couch for kiddos! jacuzzi tub was great but buttons need replaced! enjoyed our stay tho

Of all the years that I have loved coming there, this last stay made me unsure if I will ever come back.
Pros:

I loved the property because it was convenient to the beach and where we needed to be.

Cons:

I have been coming to Edgewater for many years and this is the worst room I have ever stayed in. The carpet was nasty and outdated, the chase in the room was badly stained, so bad we didn’t want to sit on it. There were holes in the wall. Etc, Etc, Etc. I have never seen this hotel in this condition.

It was a clean hotel, just dated and smelled like weed

It was conveniently located around everything.

Room was outdated. The door frames were busted, literally anyone could have pushed the door in if they wanted to get in your room

Terrible customer service!

Cons:

Water leaked from upstairs into the room, they placed a large garbage can and towel on the floor to catch water. Did not offer to reduce room charges then complained that took many towels were used ?
