Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mir eindeutig mehr Komfort zumindest bei diesem Preis was wir bezahlt haben 300 Euro pro Nacht für DZ
Also wir waren eine Gruppe von sechs Personen und wir haben gesagt wir kommen nicht mehr in dieses Hotel Abendessen war Buffet die Auswahl könnte größer sein Frühstück war ganz okay
Wir waren zugeteilt bei den Zimmern im Allmada wenn man das Zimmer verlassen hat hat es irrsinnig stark nach Schwefel gerochen wenn man ein Zimmer bekommt im Esplanade dort waren die Zimmer renoviert und auch wunderschön aber auch keine 300 euro pro Nacht

Cons:

Der Zimmerpreis von EUR 360,- (inkl. Halbpension) steht in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung. Für denselben Betrag wären zwei Nächte in einem italienischen Strandhotel mit Meerblick problemlos möglich – inklusive deutlich höherem Komfort.

Das Abendbuffet bot nur eine sehr eingeschränkte Auswahl an warmen Speisen, was dem Preisniveau keinesfalls entspricht. Auch der Innenpoolbereich ist überraschend klein und wirkt bereits bei wenigen Gästen überfüllt.
In der Retro Bar war die Luft stark belastet und unangenehm drückend. Die Band spielte ausschließlich slowakische Musik. Obwohl die Stimmung grundsätzlich gut war, wäre bei einem internationalen Publikum zumindest ein wenig musikalische Vielfalt angebracht gewesen.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber keineswegs überzeugend. Für den bezahlten Preis hätte ich ein deutlich umfangreicheres und hochwertigeres Angebot erwartet.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und bemühte Personal, das stets einen angenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen hat.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt interessant, aber nicht überzeugend genug, um eine Wiederholung in Betracht zu ziehen.
