Good experience and location for a fair price.
Pros:

Location, spa facilities, ski facilities, swimming pool, food buffet and menu.

Cons:

Room cleaning not done properly even though we ask for it 2 times only.

Perfect position for skiing but rooms have seen better days.
Pros:

The food was OK but as in many hotels could have been hotter. The staff were friendly and the position for ski in/out was excellent . That was my main criteria for booking this hotel. The ski locker system was also excellent and it was very useful having ski and boot hire on site.

Cons:

Furniture in the rooms had seen better days and the food could have been hotter. There wasn't a kettle in the room and nor was there a proper shower.

Sorea Hotel - marcowe narciarstwo.
Pros:

Śniadanie w formie bufetu- oferta wystarczająca , świeże pieczywo, kawa, herbata, sok. Parking w cenie hotelu i lokalizacja perfekcyjna dla narciarzy. Likely na sprzęt narciarski w piwnicy to duży plus.

Cons:

Fatalne wyciszenie hałasu z korytarza a właściwie jego brak a mechanizm samozamykający drzwi powoduje hałas z echem na całym piętrze. Gdy masz ręce zajęte bagażem nie da się przytrzymać drzwi a te z hukiem zamykają się za wchodzącym. Personel miły i pomocny ale… podczas posiłków obsługa podchodziła do stołu i próbowała zabrać talerz z częścią posiłku, który stał przed konsumentem. Gdy zostało zjedzone pół porcji ciastka czy budyniu a pijesz w tym czasie kawę obsługa już próbuje zabrać niedojedzoną porcję. To nie jest profesjonalne. Przy obiedzie -4 osoby pani sprzątająca podchodziła 8 razy by zabrać choć najmniejszy talerzyk, pustą szklankę!! Rozumiem potrzebę zabierania niepotrzebnych już brudnych talerzy ale to powinno być z wyczuciem- dla komfortu gości.
