A warm place with a history.
Pros:

The place is in nice location. It's an old house so it has a beautiful history and abit outdated but everything works great.

Worse experience ever

I couldn’t stay at the property, so I can’t say I liked anything. Communication was very poor.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay at the property because it was supposed to be a self check-in accommodation where access codes are sent in advance. The problem was that the codes were never sent, and there was no one available to provide support. I called all the phone numbers provided on Booking and at the hotel, sent emails to their personal email address, and also messages through Booking, but I received no response.

It was a horrible experience, especially because it was very cold. When I asked the neighbors, they mentioned that this has been happening for months to several people who booked this place. They don’t respond, they are not responsible, and I honestly don’t understand why they continue offering this accommodation. Before booking, I recommend checking their Google reviews they are all true, and unfortunately, I experienced it firsthand. I had to book across the street.

HORRIBLE!!! I was angry when I left!
Cons:

Room had no heat after I checked in. Maintenance never responded to text. Maintenance arrived finally but could NOT speak English! Way too cold for a shower.. in the morning THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. Once again no shower. I only had a 1/2 hour before meeting up with friends. Staff offered a late checkout but then got after me when I had not checked out. Anderson SUCKED!!! 😡😡😡

Not again.
Pros:

location was nice and the self check in was also nice.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned well. There was spilled dirt on the bed comforter and the shower was clogged and the bathroom had not been cleaned well. When I emailed the property manager, they never responded. We couldn't use the shower and had to clean the bed ourselves.

Great location one block from main street in Leavenworth. Next door to, now, one of my favorite restaurant called Bear Bear

Cons:

Very old house that turned rooms into hotel rooms. It was a hostile. Some units were under shared bathrooms. I stayed in a one bed, private bath that wasn't even studio apt size. The microwave and mini fridge were in a common area. We actually kept our door to the room open as we had drinks in the common area..just to make it look bigger n air out. Stairs are steep and narrow. You'll receive long instructions filled w codes to doors. Just trying to find our key room was similar to going through an escape room. I paid over $300 for this nightmare of a room..or closet. Never going back.

I got an excellent rate on a Wednesday night.
Pros:

The place is very efficient and the location could not be better if you want to experience Leavenworth. It was very clean. And my room was super cute.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi is subpar. I couldn’t watch TV because it was tiling so much. Literally every 3 to 5 minutes the screen would blackout. That was frustrating.

Very difficult check in system. We were locked outside for an hour while trying to contact someone to send us the information for the door and our room. Room lock was difficult to open and text for information was so long and confusing. Room was great though

The owners or who runs it lied to me several times during an issue of over booking and when I caught

Nothing except location

Cons:

Safety felt like an issue. After grabbing the key and trying to find the room (no labeling to help find way of rooms) I found the room door, which was unlocked and open before I unlocked the door. This felt very unsafe and I felt very uneasy about that. I entered the room and what was described on the website was not in the room (no sofa bed, trendle beds instead). The room felt dingy and unclean, therefore, chose not to stay due to the safety concerns.
