Would have been fine if check-in was remotely close to normal, but it was an April Fool's nightmare.

Location, as I picked it.

Cons:

Well, it was April 1st, and I felt like a fool. I booked it online, and received two confirmation emails right away. But there was no information about room number or how to check in. I called the phone number provided (repeatedly) and got no answer. I went to the hotel across the street for information, and the man at the desk there was helpful, and even provided a number for Mrs. Anderson's that somewhat worked, but there was no solution. I then contacted Booking.com, who helped somewhat, then after hours in the rain and messing around while trying to be on vacation, I finally got a call with check in info. It was a horrible, stressful experience - worst I've ever experienced with lodging.

Nice location; not a local person to help.

Location, they upgraded our room at no cost.

Cons:

We locked ourselves out and we had to wait hours to receive the key because they don’t have staff on site — and the numbers they provide at the facility don’t connect to a person.

Overall we had a good stay. Walking distance to all the things we wanted to see. Room was small and walls very thin.

Close to everything, coffee provided. cool history

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected, had to share microwave and fridge with other guests, bathroom was small. Thin wall so you could hear other guests. Wish you had tea!

Comfortable and clean, but the view from the window doesn't match.
Pros:

The room looked exactly like the photos. It was very cozy and comfortable, and the location was simply perfect—everything was within walking distance, so there was no need to drive!

Cons:

The room's features mentioned a mountain view, but I couldn't figure out where that view was! Every window looked out onto the walls, and that was very important to me! Below are photos of the view from the room.

We were missing bed sheets and blankets. In the end we were able to arrange things. But we would have appreciated having 5 beds ready for 5 peoples.

Dog friendly and a potty spot by the parking area.

Time to update the mattresses. One was good then you sank into a hole, the other was hard and lumpy.
