Comfortable and clean, but the view from the window doesn't match.
Pros:

The room looked exactly like the photos. It was very cozy and comfortable, and the location was simply perfect—everything was within walking distance, so there was no need to drive!

Cons:

The room's features mentioned a mountain view, but I couldn't figure out where that view was! Every window looked out onto the walls, and that was very important to me! Below are photos of the view from the room.

Very disappointed in our stay

Location is great!

Cons:

We’ve stayed at Mrs Andersons multiple times. One of the workers was parked in our assigned parking stall causing us to pay for parking until finally getting ahold of the property contact via phone after several failed attempts. The only part of the room that appeared cleaned was the bedding and garbage taken out. There was still food splattered/spilled on counters, stovetop and kitchen table. The floor was very dirty, visible dirt and leaves, and wrappers throughout.

Simple Rustic decor with great location.
Dog friendly and a potty spot by the parking area.

Cons:

Time to update the mattresses. One was good then you sank into a hole, the other was hard and lumpy.

A warm place with a history.

Worse experience ever
Pros:

I couldn’t stay at the property, so I can’t say I liked anything. Communication was very poor.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay at the property because it was supposed to be a self check-in accommodation where access codes are sent in advance. The problem was that the codes were never sent, and there was no one available to provide support. I called all the phone numbers provided on Booking and at the hotel, sent emails to their personal email address, and also messages through Booking, but I received no response.

It was a horrible experience, especially because it was very cold. When I asked the neighbors, they mentioned that this has been happening for months to several people who booked this place. They don’t respond, they are not responsible, and I honestly don’t understand why they continue offering this accommodation. Before booking, I recommend checking their Google reviews they are all true, and unfortunately, I experienced it firsthand. I had to book across the street.

HORRIBLE!!! I was angry when I left!
Cons:

Room had no heat after I checked in. Maintenance never responded to text. Maintenance arrived finally but could NOT speak English! Way too cold for a shower.. in the morning THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. Once again no shower. I only had a 1/2 hour before meeting up with friends. Staff offered a late checkout but then got after me when I had not checked out. Anderson SUCKED!!! 😡😡😡

Not again.
Pros:

location was nice and the self check in was also nice.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned well. There was spilled dirt on the bed comforter and the shower was clogged and the bathroom had not been cleaned well. When I emailed the property manager, they never responded. We couldn't use the shower and had to clean the bed ourselves.
