It's a cute old building, check in was easy (for us) and location is great
Bathroom has a smell. Shower is more like an overhead pipe with a leak. Poor temp control on the water in shower. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Ran into a guest who never received the check in instruction email with the codes, there's no front desk staff (or any staff on sight that we saw) and "staff" were not answering the phone. This was about 5:30 pm on a Friday. It's a cheap price for the area though.
Good location
Left with 1/2 roll of TP for 2 nights, we had to buy more.
Cute
nice location
difficulty finding our room , no signs indicating where rooms numbers were located. Had to search all around to find our room. And then difficulty finding our parking spot, as it was not mentioned anywhere in the room description or check in procedures. We wasted money on private parking next door.
The bed mattresses were not very Comfortable.
Super close and in town! Good sized room, clean, cute, comfortable! Great communication and had no issues getting into my room!
Nothing was great’
Great value for a wonderful room located downtown Leavenworth!
It was 80F outside when I arrived, and the heater had been left on in my room. I had to open all the windows to get there temperature down to 80F, but it was a sauna when I first walked in.
Great location!! Great room with a great price!!
Right in town, which was very convenient. Everything I needed for staying the night in between climbing when I don't have much that I'm travelling with. Very flexible with allowing my dog to stay with me.
Central air was warm on a warm spring day so my room was pretty hot even with plug in fan and the window open. Didn't have a microwave in the room. Limited TV channels.
The price and location were good.
A bit confusing finding the room. Kinda like a game with codes and passwords.
Great location, simple clean room
The room was too warm and there was only one small window with no screen. Luckily the window stayed open but there was no mechanism to keep it open. Had to sleep with the front door and window open all night and with the fan on. No blackout curtains and being on the main drag there was a lot of light shining in.
Location
Tv did not work
Location, as I picked it.
Well, it was April 1st, and I felt like a fool. I booked it online, and received two confirmation emails right away. But there was no information about room number or how to check in. I called the phone number provided (repeatedly) and got no answer. I went to the hotel across the street for information, and the man at the desk there was helpful, and even provided a number for Mrs. Anderson's that somewhat worked, but there was no solution. I then contacted Booking.com, who helped somewhat, then after hours in the rain and messing around while trying to be on vacation, I finally got a call with check in info. It was a horrible, stressful experience - worst I've ever experienced with lodging.
They could use better pillows.
