A Wonderful Experience
Pros:

Bianca was very polite and made us feel good. Room 8 was incredible. So far this is the best Hotel we have stayed in and we will be coming back 😀

Pros:

The room was clean, the staff was nice and it was on the beach! Even though it was raining, I had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The heater wouldn't turn off by itself and I got REALLY hot in the middle of the night.

Beachfront hotel worth going to!
Pros:

The hotel was a beachfront hotel with excellent views of the ocean and downtown Capitola Village. The room was bright, clean, and quaint, especially the way it was decorated. The room had just the right amount of accessories and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bed was soft and could have been firmer.

We enjoyed being at the beach and the cooler weather. It was nice to have a room so near the town.
Pros:

I liked the second floor balcony where I could sit and watch the bird, waves, clouds and people. Easy to walk to a restaurant to eat.

Cons:

Our room was very warm. Our windows opened onto the street. It would have been nice if there was a fan in the room. Room one had no parking assigned and that was hard as I am handicapped.

Great getaway for easy access to beach and mountain trails.
Pros:

Two sliding glass doors that faced the water line. Wonderful view from our room. It had a stocked kitchen. Balcony access with chairs for enjoying the view. Location was perfect for accessing the beach with a 3 minute walk and accessing the hiking trails in a 20 min drive.

Cons:

Balcony access is open to all on the same floor so if neighbors wished to walk along the entire balcony, they could see into our room. This didn't happen, but there's nothing stopping it from happening. So keep curtains shut if you want to guarantee privacy.
