After a day of exploring, this was the perfect place to come back to and chillax.
Pros:

My friend and I loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. This was her first time to see the ocean and she was so excited to have such a beautiful view.

Cons:

We had to plug in the table lamp between the beds, which involved moving the mattress, but we got it.

Needs updated but lovely location
Pros:

This motel is situated right on the beach. The gardens and public areas were well maintained. Lots of parking. The room was big with chairs outside which was nice. There was a very nice restaurant just a ten minute walk along the road.

Cons:

The beds were old and were not very comfortable, the sound proofing was very poor - we could hear every word of the couple next door. Coffee was provided in the public area and there was a flask for hot water for tea but it was never filled. Overall the accommodation was clean but feels dated.

We were very comfortable, the hotel was well-located, quiet and the beach was a short walk away
Pros:

The room was updated, well appointed and immaculate. Beds and pillows comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchen. The bathroom also was large, nice and bright.

Cons:

It wasn't managements fault but the people next door were outside smoking every time we wanted to sit outside so we weren't able to enjoy the patio as often as we'd have liked to. Also, we did not enjoy looking at the pool-would have rather looked out over the grass and not had the noise from the pool pump. I am assuming we were placed there maybe because the room was nicer than others??

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt malerisch direkt am Strand des Nantucket Sound. Der Strand ist feinsandig und kilometerlang. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig mit einer top ausgestatteten Kitchenette. Das Bad war klein und zweckmäßig, mit Föhn und Kosmetika ausgestattet. Die AC war sehr angenehm eingestellt. Wunderbar für uns waren die Sitzgelegenheiten direkt vor unserem Zimmer. Auch das kostenlose und reibungslose Ausleihen von Standstühlen und Badetüchern gefiel uns gut. In der Lobby erhält man ganztägig kostenlosen Kaffee und auch die Kitchenette ist mit einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet.

Cons:

Dass das Hotel kein Frühstück anbietet, war für uns kein Problem. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Ressorts, aber wenige Restaurants, sodass man tatsächlich auf ein Auto angewiesen ist.

In my opinion, the mattress needs to be changed, can feel the coil springs on back while sleeping.Had a room with 2 double beds , ideally would be better if they where Queen size.

The location on this property was wonderful, just a few steps to beach and pool.

Cons:

The location of this property was absolutely beautiful — just steps from the beach and a short walk to the pool and beach area. That part really made the stay special.

However, the facility itself was very dated. The furniture, bathrooms, appliances, and overall décor could really use some updates and modern touches. The kitchen was especially challenging — it was very small with only a two-burner stove, and one of the burners wasn’t level, making it unusable. The counter space was also very limited, and there wasn’t a proper spot for a dish strainer, which made it difficult to wash and dry dishes.

During our stay, I was also disappointed that the housekeeping staff entered our room even though I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which felt like an invasion of privacy.

Another frustration was with customer service. We paid about $1,400 for three nights, and while the weather wasn’t great for the first two days, the last day was beautiful. Even though we were allowed to stay on the property after checkout, we were told we couldn’t use the beach chairs because we had checked out at 11. I felt this policy was not very guest-friendly, especially for paying customers who had just completed their stay.

Overall, the location was wonderful, but the experience was just mediocre due to the dated facilities, privacy concern, and lack of accommodating service.
