Vo wellnese chýba jednoznačne ochladzovací bázen. Rekreačný bazén a takisto aj vírivka veľmi studená voda.
Večere veľmi slabé. Otváracie hodiny reštaurácie ktorá je zároveň aj ,,lobby bar,, iba do 22:00 aj cez víkend.
Pomer cena kvalita služby vôbec nie je zodpovedajúci.

Jedna jediná vec ktorú musím vytknúť, je dopĺňanie jedla počas večer. Jedlo sa dopĺňalo naozaj pomaly, ak vôbec. Keď prídete neskôr tak máte proste smolu ako my niekolkokrát. Využivali sme čas od 4 s detmi pri bazenoch a okolo 19.00 - 19:30 chodili večerať, už to bolo v tomto čase velmi slabé
