Terrace Park Inn

Had a nice stay at the Terrace Park inn. Was Greeted upon check-in by Barbie. She was super nice and friendly and got me checked into my room promptly. My room was very clean and spacious. I appreciated that there seemed to be plenty of hot water and enjoyed my shower. My bed was comfortable and the wi-fi worked well. Thank you Terrace Park Inn for having me!

The Staff and everyone is so Friendly and respectful treat you well service and rooms are Great everything is super clean and taken care of no complaints here right in the middle of town where you have access to Restaurants stores nearby I recommend and give it a 5 star * !!!

We stayed at Terrace Park Inn for Fort Morgan's annual Bobstock Music festival. We booked on a 3rd party website and the room type had not transferred properly to the hotel. (they have since corrected this issue) So instead of 2 beds, we had 1. So, the manager went and purchased a blow-up mattress, new sheets, and comforter for our daughter! This was amazing service that went above and beyond. Our room on the 2nd floor was also very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great value for the price.

Schedule the room with SNAP travel got to the motel and the guy was rude extremely rude. He even ended up crumpling up the paper he was working on for the room rental and then threw my driver's license back at me hitting me in the gut pretty hard. I don't understand what kind of day someone would have to treat a customer this way. All this because he had a paper hanging on the window that said a $100 deposit will be necessary and in the morning you will get it back so he said I need your card for the deposit and I said and I'll get it back tomorrow? And he said 3 days. And I said your paper on the window facing me says that I'll get it back in the morning that's what caused the whole ruckus where he crinkled up the room reservation and then threw back at me my ID. People are just getting too ugly nowadays no respect no concern and no morals anymore. I considered calling the cops and pressing the issue with possible assault but I drive a truck for a living I don't have time to waste here that was fort Morgan super 8 if you value your peace and quiet think twice about renting a room here

You will notice that the other reviews are old. The clerk did not require identification or take our address when we checked in. That should have been the first hint. A guy was working under his truck in the parking lot. When his dog, which was in the cab, stuck its head out, he screamed expletives at it (several times). His buddy kept popping out of their room to ask what was wrong. When they both got locked out of the room, they broke in through the screen and window. I would guess that they were high. Many rooms appeared to be rented by the week. The card in the room said no smoking and no drugs. What hotel has to tell you “no drugs?” Soon, I saw three cars pull into the lot and all of their occupants went into one room. No drugs? Hmmm. In the room, several items had been ripped off the walls and not repaired or replaced. When my husband read a review about possible bed bugs, I pulled up the sheets to look at the mattress seam (which is what you do to look for bed bugs) and I found a waterproof mattress protector like I used with my mother the last two years of her life. They are not the most comfortable thing to sleep on but good at keeping body fluids off the mattress. We fled after an hour. We found an amazing place for $9 more. DO NOT STAY HERE. You have been warned.

This is a cool “mom and pop” motel. The were very helpful in where to get a good and fair priced meal. The rooms are very clean and uniquely furnished and priced very affordable. Even offered to change one of our rooms when we had trouble getting motorized wheel chair up a step into room. Would stay here again if in the area.

Stayed here with our pet they are pet friendly. This place was fantastic. Very clean close to everything and comfortable. Loved the decor in our room. A sure bet to stay here again. Give it ten stars.

I cannot say enough about this motel. We came into Fort Morgan for a graduation and this hotel was recommended by our friends who happened to live around the corner. When making the reservation, the owner, Susan, was extremely nice, and a great pleasure to talk too. We asked for a handicap room, however it was being used long term, but she said that since they have a lot of seniors and disabled people, they put a recliner in each room. That right there sealed the deal, because I have been sleeping in a recliner the last 16 years due to a previous accident.

The Motel also had been recently remodeled and it was very clean. We had a corner room, so we did not have very much noise. It was a very quiet motel. That first night I slept like a baby after driving 10 hours. I highly recommend this motel whenever you are in the Fort Morgan area. Oh, forgot to tell you, they have a separate space, like a vanity, outside the restroom and they also have an dorm sized refrigerator and a microwave and coffee maker. Great motel at a super great price!!!!

The picture above does not do justice to this beautifully remodeled motel/hotel. My parents recently stayed at this motel and used one of the handi-cap rooms/suite for a week while they had some remodeling done. We have stayed in quite a few hotels this year--all supposedly handi-cap accessible, however, this one really is accessible. The shower is fully walk-in with a pull down bench/stool. The living area is large enough to turn around a walker or wheelchair and the kitchen area has a refrigerator and dishwasher. The suite room area is very secure and quiet. The room had absolutely beautiful furnishings. The price was outstanding. The handi-cap parking is a little tight, but certainly negotiable and once parked, there is no problem getting on the sidewalk to the room. The registration desk was very helpful and friendly. Some of the regular rooms have outside entrances and some inside entrances--as in the suite area. I highly recommend this establishment. It's a good one.

Love to stay here! We always use it as our gateway to the beginning of our yearly jeep vaca from Nebraska. They are so accommodating and their rooms are like your own home, very comfy, clean, and a sense of fun style. Stay here.

Came in to town late in the evening after travelling all day. Had no reservations anywhere. The Sands Inn Terrace was recommended to us locally. We were met by Susan, she was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was updated nicely, very clean and we even had a full size refrigerator we appreciated as we were travelling with snacks. Beds were very comfortable, Although we stayed just one night, this is exactly what we were looking for. Great value and I would stay here again if ever back in the area.

Visited family for a long week-end. The room was decorated with antique type furniture. It has been updated and is comfortable, has the amenities of the high priced hotels. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, Hair dryer, iron and ironing board. was not impressed with the Wi-Fi but you can pay $7 for 24 hr. of upgraded service. There was a strange odor coming from the AC. I felt safe as a single woman, the area is part business part residential. Close to other services you might want or need. My only gripe is the Cell service in the whole town is awful! (Not any fault of the motel.) You can save money and have an enjoyable stay.

Very good motel for a great price. The owners were extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were excellent, no variation in temperature or pressure!!! I would stay again for sure.

We were on a cross country trip on our Goldwing and happened to stop in at Sand's Inn Park Terrace. This was one of our best choices of the trip. Susan was so helpful and gave us a room that we were very pleased with. Clean, quiet, affordable- tastefully decorated as well! We were able to take a short walk for supper and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I accidently left an item in the room and Susan even made sure that got back to me by the time we arrived home. Thanks for your excellent customer service efforts! Highly recommend.

My husband and I were traveling back from South Dakota and we needed a hotel. I found this hotel and read the reviews, we got their and the receptionist was nice to a point. We got to our room and it stunk of cat piss. I didn't feel safe here as a woman since the other hotel guests were middle aged old men that were always watching me or my husband as we were bringing up our luggage from the car. The tv was a box tv from the 90's, even though on the website it said hdtv. We wanted to leave but it was late and we were tired of driving. Wish we had a better experience here..

This place we came across after trying the other name brand motels that wanted a price of $120 plus tax...on a weekday, and to us that is crazy. Not only does this motel have a great price but it is cozy, quiet and very clean. I recommend it to anyone traveling.

I found this hotel by chance. What a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and very well appointed, with little decorative touches that reflects the owner's pride in the place. There were a very comfortable bed, microwave, fridge and coffee pot in the room. My dogs were welcome. All for a very reasonable price. Thank you Susan!

The best place I ever stayed! Very clean, comfy, everything new and updated, great customer service, decent and affordable prices, discount if you pay cash, and everything you need is in your room! Lots of channels on your flat screen TVs! Restaurant, pubs, and stores are in walking distance! Owners and employees are very nice and they will take very good care of you! Have to see for yourself!

My husband and I travel the US for work year long! So far this is the best place we ever stayed! Very clean, comfy, quiet, great service, everything new, up to date, reasonable prices ( discount for cash ), lots of channels on Flat screen TV's, and you have everything you need in your room! The owners and employees are so very nice! They will take very good care of you! Also you are in walking distance of stores and restaurants! Can't beat it!
