Stunning hotel with great breakfast!
The location seems far off from the center. Thankfully, Oaxaca is walkable and this was manageable. Rooms are smaller than most hotels I stayed in Mexico. Pillows were a bit hard. :(
Excelente ubicación, acabados, detalles en el servicio del desayuno y con un personal muy enfocado a los huéspedes. Recomendable para estar en el centro pero con un ambiente menos concurrido ya que esta al inicio

The staff was exceptional. Caring and helpful. And spoke English. The breakfast was good. And we liked the cafe of the hotel. And we really liked the decor. We had a very pleasant stay! We also loved the location. Also the beds were very comfortable.
There is a problem with the water flow in the shower.

This hotel has wonderful breakfasts, kind staff, a gorgeous roof terrace and other nice common areas and beautiful, stylish decor. Also good water pressure and hot water, which is always nice.
The main issue is that the bedrooms do not have windows. The only way to let in fresh air and daylight is to open the heavy wooden shutters to the hotel walkways and then you have no privacy whatsoever because there is no glass. You are sitting or lying on your bed just a couple feet and no glass or curtains between you and other people in the hotel.

Room 8 was not very private as it is next to the tea and coffee area. Noise was a small issue.

Poor water pressure in the shower. Very noisy in the courtyard and terrace from street traffic. Small rooms with limited natural light.

Location is very loud. Walking to historic district isn’t too far but you’ll be dodging traffic and smelly busses and garbage trucks. Lots of people yelling at night. Kids crying next door. Walls are very thin.
