One of a kind experience, worth it
Pros:

The location was gorgeous and hotel was amazing. The beds were fantastic, robes in rooms, room was large with great patio and view. Staff was fantastic and restaurant was good food.

Cons:

The room was very cold and there was no heater at all and a fireplace for decoration only. Water pressure in shower was not good and water temperature was not hot at all.

Pros:

Siamo arrivati poco dopo l'orario massimo consentito per il check-in (8 pm), ma grazie all'ottimo servizio clienti mediante Whatsapp eravamo riusciti ad avvisare la struttura.
Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con gentilezza dal personale presente; il parcheggio interno è presente e ha ampia disponibilità.
La camera assegnata, la 205, è molto ampia con due letti matrimoniali, molto pulita, con bagno funzionale, ampio balcone con vista su giardino, tv con solo servizio di streaming, riscaldamento attivabile su richiesta per i meno amanti del clima fresco.
Il cibo e le bevande sono stati apprezzati, ottimi e preparati con cura; è presente il servizio in camera senza costi aggiuntivi.
Il servizio e l'attenzione del personale in reception sono stati fantastici; un poco meno attento, invece, il personale nel ristorante.
La vista e i giardini sono davvero meravigliosi.
Grazie a tutto lo staff di Casa 1800 per l'attenzione riservata, continuate così, a presto!

Pros:

Todo muy limpio, buenas vistas desde el restaurante, buena y variada carta para desayunos y almuerzos. Personal amable. Estuvimos muy bien. Totalmente recomendable.

Fantastische Lage. Große, bequeme Zimmer. Super bequemes Bett. Nettes und hilfsbereiten Personal. Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Cons:

Keine Nachttischlampe und kein Lichtschalter am Bett. Seltsam für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.
Das Essen im Restaurant erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen und ist überteuert.

Eine allgemeine Bemerkung: Das Hotel war weitgehend leer. Trotzdem hatte ich das am weitesten abgelegene Zimmer ohne Chipkarte, mit Atem Schließsystem. Das passiert mir nun zu. wiederholten Mal und scheint der berüchtigte Booking Malus" zu sein. Vermutlich ist es besser, das Hotel direkt über die eigene Webseite zu buchen.
