Todo bien
We were able to check-in super early (we arrived around 7am), and store our luggage until the evening after checkout.
You only get about 3mins of hot water before having to wait 15mins for the tank to top-up. The room was uncomfortably small. But worst of all, it was cold. The temperature at night in February was dropping to 8 or 9c. My girlfriend, who speaks Spanish while I do not, asked for an extra blanket. She was met with dismissive and sexist remarks by the owner. We were the only people staying in the hotel, so an extra blanket certainly was possible (and of course should have been even if it was a full house). After 20mins (not an exaggeration) of continually dismissive and increasingly sexist remarks, my girlfriend maintaining super-human levels of patience and diplomacy, we finally were rewarded with an extra blanket. Which still was not enough to protect against the cold. I've never seen a man work so hard to deny so little. It's a real shame.
Perhaps in warmer weather it would be more comfortable. It felt like if there were more people staying it might have a nice atmosphere.
