My wife and I had a great time in Key West and the comfort and staff was a huge part of it.
Pros:

We had a great stay at the Capitana. All of the staff was amazing. They spoke on every encounter. They all had great attitudes. Always greeted you with a smile and kind words. They would inquire about your plans for the day and great you when you returned and ask if you enjoyed your day. The outside activities and staff were very professional and attentive. We enjoyed everything about the Capitana. It is a great resort, very clean, organized, well maintained and comfortable.

Cons:

At $675.00 per night. Paying $5 for a cup of coffee is a little over the top.

Pros:

Clean, nice pool, good sized room

Cons:

Staff were all miserable and did not enjoy their jobs. We got the room with the worst view of the back of the bar and had to listen to the aircon machines all night.
