Absolutely fab
Pros:

The location in key west is great and the local hop on hop off has a stop right opposite the hotel so getting into the main areas was so easy. Facilities are wonderful

That it did not have a shuttle service to Old Town . A hotel of this quality should invest in s shuttle for for guest

La personne qui était au petit snack pour le petit déjeuner était exécrable, impolie , et non professionnel ne prenez pas votre petit déjeuner la bas fuyez..! Établissement pas digne d’un 4 étoiles prix trop cher et aucun geste commercial!!! C’est une IA qui vous répond et vous envoie un message.! Ok a l’impression qu’on dérange ..!!! Des taxes injustifiées..! Je n’y retournerai jamais..!!!

Pros:

La taille de la suite avec deux chambres. L’équipement des chambres. La piscine et la petite plage privée. L’hôtel est vraiment une belle découverte

Cons:

Le personnel pas assez souriant et accueillant.
Apprendre que l’hôtel est non fumeur à notre arrivée, il n’était même pas autorisé de fumer sur le balcon.
Notre chambre était top mais un peu proche de la route. Il serait bien de mettre un mur antibruit pour protéger de la route.

Pros:

A beautiful place, stunning sea views, a clean pool with a bar, and plenty of sunbeds both by the pool and by the sea. The only downside is that there is no direct access to the sea.

Cons:

The staff were not professional. In the shop area where breakfast was sold, the saleswoman spoke very fast English, and when we asked her to slow down because we didn’t understand her, she ignored us. The food was served in plastic containers.

Excellent, lovely hotel.
Pros:

Nice resort hotel, rooms were clean and modern. Pool area was great, with the adjoining beach. Not too crowded during our stay either. Quiet part of town.

Cons:

The pool bar never had draft beer - I get the impression that they never do (we stopped asking after first 2 days, they didn't know when it was coming back). Location - not really walkable to anywhere, but the Uber service was fast and cheap.

Beautiful resort in a perfect location in Key West
Pros:

Location-wise, everything you need is about a 10-minute drive, and it’s about a 40-minute walk to Duval Street if you’re up for it. The hotel provides coolers stocked with bottled water and ice, which was SUPER convenient.
The pool area is beautiful, and there’s even a small beach right on the property. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, which made the stay feel extra comfortable. The room was spacious with a gorgeous view.
One of the best parts was how easy it was to communicate with staff- you can text them anytime with questions and they respond quickly. They also have self-service laundry machines, which is super convenient for longer stays.
The front desk even helped us book a last minute golf cart.

Гарні затишні номери з чудовим видом з вікна, великий балкон з вуличними меблями,де приємно було посидіти. В номері є кава ,чай ,міні холодильник та мікрохвильовка. Гарний матрас та постільна білизна. Прибирали регулярно та вчасно. Дякуємо готелю та можемо рекомендувати нашим друзям!
