there was a lift,the lobby was big

Cons:

we had to change 3 rooms, aircond wasn't working, the key at checking in wasn't working, the tv couldn't work, when i complained to the front desk they couldn't help. the sound from next room could be heard from our room. i would not return to this hotel.
