Decent budget hotel.
Pros:

Complete basic toiletries provided. Two local TV channels available. Hot or cold shower available with good water pressure. The room and toilet were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a big mirror and good lighting. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is convenient; near a KTM station, restaurants, convenience stores, banks and clinics. GrabFood and GrabRide services are available. The receptionist was courteous. An iron and hairdryer were provided in the room, though I didn’t use them so can’t comment on their functionality.

Cons:

No manual door chain/hook lock for extra safety. The price is slightly on the higher side for a budget hotel.
