Cons:

Cancelación antes de llegar al hotel , nos despreocupamos y llegamos al hotel y ya no teníamos reserva ,dijeron que nos habían avisado pero no fue así

Nada no consumo ni nada solo hablé con el personal y deberían de mejorar sus tratos

El trato del personal, las instalaciones estaban viejas, habían partes de el dormitorio que le faltaba pintura y se estaba cayendo, en el baño habían pelos, una baldosa estaba salida del baño, la tapa del desagüe, solo eso
