Les photos sont embellie par Photoshop l’endroit est détériorée pleins de rouille et de la moisissure la piscine étais sale attention quand vous nager le socle s’enlève séjournez dans cette hôtel était la pire chose scène de ménage que des disputes de couple des cries insulte coup projectile jeter par dessus nos tête tapage nocturne.

This was such a horrible experience! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Cons:

This stay was extremely disappointing. The photos are completely inaccurate, and the apartment is poorly maintained. During our stay, two men entered our room without permission while we were alone, without an apology or clear explanation. This made us feel very unsafe.
We had to move to another room due to quality issues, which was very frustrating after a long journey. There, we experienced noise disturbances, and the bathroom was impractically designed. We were also only told on arrival that toilet paper wasn't allowed in the toilet.
The staff was unfriendly, barely spoke English, and showed no interest in our experience. Even at checkout, there was unnecessary discussion about the checkout time, and the focus was solely on checking the room and deposit.
We made the best of it and slept reasonably well, but due to the poor condition, poor service, and the unsafe feeling, we absolutely do not recommend this accommodation.

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel au top ! Les chambres sont propres, confortables, la piscine est très bien entretenue nous en avons bien profité ! Vraiment un super hôtel pour se poser

Cons:

Rien tout était super, peut être un peu loin du centre festif de Phuket, mais nous recherchions du calme alors ça nous convenez très bien ! À 15 minutes en Bolt du vieux Phuket.

Overall good but staff doesn’t understand English at all
Pros:

Stayed there one night and everything looked good and clean. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked as clean and good as in the pics.

Cons:

Staff were friendly but didn’t quite understand English. When we checked in I told the staff that we needed to check out the next morning 7:30am (the usual check out starts at 8:am) because our bus leaves at 8.00am. Repeated my request couple of times to get the staff to understand and they said a person will there that time. But in the morning there was no-one there so we just slid the card under the office door and left without the deposit.

Nice but expencive if you expect your deposit back
Pros:

The room was nice. It is close to the busstation.

Cons:

I payed 500 bath deposit on checkin and mentioned I had to check out early to catch a bus. On checkout no one was there. I send messages via their number on WhatsApp but up until now, about two weeks later, I did not receive any answer to my messages and they did not return my deposit. There was no reason to not reimburse my deposit, I even left the roomkey at the reception. So untypical for Thailand.

Super!
Pros:

Le personnel était adorable et très réactif!
Nous avons décidé de passer 2 nuits dans cet hôtel, et nous ne regrettons pas du tout. La piscine est super, il est très bien situé, et la chambre était parfaite autant sur la propreté que l’agencement et les équipements mit à disposition

Pros:

Прекрасный мини-отель, чисто, уютно, удобное местоположение (до автобусной станции, с которой можно уехать на острова Самуи и Панган, 250-300 метров). Справа от отеля улица, где можно вкусно покушать. На 1-2 дня - супер!
Отдельная благодарность за лежак на балконе, это кайф!
