We decided to extend our stay by one additional day after completing our Bukhara trip (after 2 Nights). The property informed us that we could make the reservation directly with them and did not need to use the booking application. Based on this advice, we proceeded with a direct reservation.

Two days later, we contacted the property again to verify and confirm the booking, and we were assured that everything was in order. However, when we returned three days later, as previously informed, and attempted to check in, we were unexpectedly told that the property was fully occupied and that no room was available for us.

As foreign travelers, with family members aged over 60 in our group, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The way the property handled our reservation showed a complete lack of professionalism and regard for its guests. We strongly suspect that our booking was cancelled or disregarded without any prior notification, possibly to accommodate other reservations at a higher rate.

This situation caused significant inconvenience and stress for our family. We expected the property to honor a confirmed reservation or, at the very least, inform us in advance if they were unable to accommodate us. Such treatment demonstrates a lack of respect for guests and falls far below acceptable hospitality standards.
