Pros:

Posizione ottima nel centro storico di Bukhara. L’hotel è molto accogliente e pulitissimo. Le stanze sembrano essere state recentemente ristrutturate mantenendo comunque un area tradizionale, così come l’esterno.

Tesis çok merkezi bir konumdaydı. Gitmek istediğimiz her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Kahvaltı lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Ailemle çok güzel bir seyahat deneyimi yaşadık . Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is awesome, it is almost in the city centre. The rooms we've stayed were newly decorated and very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family

Cons:

The wifi in our room wasn't working very well unfortunately. The owner told us that this is due to the internet connection managed by the government, so he couldn't do much about it.

Pros:

The hotel location is great, just a few-minute walk from the main square. The room was spatious and the clean.

Cons:

On our arrival, the staff told us we could only pay in cash, not by card, as the card machine was broken. After we insisted, he agreed to use the card machine. We also ended up paying 5% more in Sum, as they use a higher exchange rate, despite our protests and showing them the actual exchange rate. So make sure you have the exact amount in USD cash to avoid this issue.

Great sweet stay
Pros:

Look and feel, hospitality of the team, cleanliness of the room. Overall it was a great property.Team was so cordial that they even observed that it was my birthday and gifted me two uzbeki art cups

Totul a fost minunat. Un boutique hotel elegant, foarte curat, păstrând tradițiile locului.
Iar Rahimjon ne-a fost de mare ajutor in organizarea sejurului in Bukhara.
Iar dupa o zi de umblat, o cada curata cu un gel de dus de calitate a fost cireașa de pe tort

it is well located and close to the city center, easily walkable!

Cons:

Immediately when we arrived, the owner yelled at us about needing to pay double since we were two people sleeping in the room (which we had booked), he insisted that we only paid for 1 person. He wouldn’t let us speak and kept speaking over us, saying we were lying. When we showed him the booking, he refused to look and kept yelling at us. At the end, we paid the city tax for the second person but it took a lot of confusion and him yelling at us to figure this out. They also didn’t have a key card for us so for our first day we didn’t have a key for our room. They also knocked on our door at 9am waking us up and told us to come to breakfast but breakfast didn’t end until 10, it was startling.

Best location
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old city of Bukhara. It offered great value for money, and the facilities were both traditional and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the highlight of our stay was Rahimjon, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Pros:

Flexible check in after midnight when our train arrived late. Clean, spacious room and great location close to the sites in the old city. Breakfast was satisfactory. We would recommend the hotel at the price paid. They looked after our bags on our day of departure.

Cons:

The owner was very keen on us leaving a review there and then upon departure when we needed to leave to catch a train. It was fine in the end and we would recommend the hotel as a place to stay, but I would recommend allowing people space to provide feedback.

The stay was good only because of the location but otherwise I wouldn’t come back.
Pros:

The location was very good.

Cons:

The receptionist declined a credit card payment and failed to provide change in a timely manner in a different currency. He was also very informal and lacked basic costumer service skills. And the guy gave us the wrong number twice.
Additionally, the breakfast was very bad quality and amongst hot food they only had fried eggs, everything else felt not fresh. I doubt the value of the place and the overall experience.

Good stay
Pros:

The front office manager was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and only a 2 minute walk to the main tourist area. Excellent breakfast

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms could be more flexible. The main lights are too bright, and the bedside lamp is cute, but rather dim.
