Great location, nice boutique hotel and helping staff
Pros:

Great location, clean room, nice interior, very good service. I should especially mention Rahimjon at the reception who helped a lot. The staff of the hotel, including friendly women, was great.

Cons:

The room had a window facing the street. It was a little noisy, but not critical. I still liked this place!

A localização é a melhor coisa do alojamento…de resto não fiquei com uma boa sensação …assim que cheguei comecei logo por ter problemas com o pagamento - tem de ser feito em dinheiro e como não tinha som uzbeques suficientes, tinha de pagar em euros, logo que se aproveitaram para cobrar mais quase 10€ do que a reserva no booking mencionava (alegando que era a conversão da moeda…apesar de em todos os conversores online o valor ser aquilo que o booking indicava …). Depois puseram me num quarto em outro edifício, ou seja, não fiquei no edifício das fotos, mas noutro bastante mais feio e ainda com materiais de construção por todo o lado…quarto bastante pequeno, mas com cama confortável. A janela dava para a rua, pelo que tive barulho sempre …quando cheguei wifi não funcionava e não havia rede no quarto. Pequeno almoço com muitos doces e quase sem outras opções. Espaço muito pequeno para a quantidade de pessoas…tive de tomar o pequeno almoço numa mesa com estranhos. Quarto com muito muito pouco espaço! Portanto, creio que pelo mesmo valor haverá sítios melhores. Além disso, outro detalhe importante - a porta desse edifício fica fechada …pelo que se tiver de sair cedo é melhor avisar…outro ponto importante é que a maioria dos taxis yandex não sabe como chegar ao sítio e acaba por cancelar as viagens …atenção a isto…quase que ia perdendo o comboio …eles oferecem para chamar táxi por 10 dólares …eu num táxi convencional paguei 4€. No yandex o valor é de cerca de 3€

Уютные номера в национальном стиле. Все свежо и аккуратно. Очень понравилась терраса. В целом колорит отеля создал классные эмоции и настроение. Расположение в минуте от основных достопримечательностей - отдельный огромный плюс!

Fantastic guest house in the heart of Bukhara
Pros:

Nice and comfortable room in a beautiful, family-run hotel. The breakfast was delicious with local flavors, including home made yogurt, sweets, eggs., veggies and fruit.

We were given a room in a building where renovation was still going on, thus dirty floor, smell and noise during the day.

Το καταλυμα ειναι κυριολεκτικα στο κεντρο 2 λεπτα με τα ποδια. Πεντακαθαρο πολυ ομορφο με καλο πρωινο και το προσωπικο ευγενεστατο. Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα!!

A cheap and convenient stay
Pros:

The property is located right at the edge of the main attraction so everything was within walking distance.

Cons:

The property is split into 2 buildings and one of them seemed to still be undergoing construction. Nevertheless they still put guests in the building under construction. The rooftop area did not have much and had no view. The second building was locked at night it was not made clear to guests how to exit. I almost missed my early morning train because I was not told how to exit the building at night.

Nice breakfast, good location. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was not decorated as in the pictures, even though I booked one of those.
It was not possible to pay with card as the machine was not working. We agreed on withdraw cash and pay afterwards. When we came back after the dinner there was none in the reception. The owner called on the phone at 12:00pm while we were sleeping to ask for the payment. It was not necessary as we were staying in the hotel for two nights so we could've done it the morning after.

Un remerciement en particulier à RahmiCan, qui est la seule personne qui parle anglais.
Sinon, assez compliqué de communiquer.
Il répond à toutes les attentes des clients. Il est vraiment aux petits soins.
Il y a deux sites ( 50 mètres ). Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans une chambre triple.
Les sanitaires sont neufs et propres.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieux !!

Cons:

La chambre triple avait deux fenêtres qui donnaient sur les escaliers et palier (intimité manquante).
Nous devions ouvrir la lumière même en journée.
Il n'y avait pas de lampe de chevet.

Absolutely amazing experience in the heart of Bukhara
Pros:

We loved absolutely everything!!!
The location is amazing, just behind Labi-Hovuz, one of the iconic landmarks. Everything else is reachable by foot, easy to visit the city and come back to rest at the hotel.
The beds are 10/10, we didn’t even want to leave our room.
The bathroom was super clean and they even provide bathrobes and slippers.
The breakfast is homemade, fresh every morning and with wide choice.
We got some special attention from the staff because I got sick during the trip, and I got so much care from the family who is managing the place.
Another point - this is a family run hotel, and they’re all very very kind, welcoming, friendly and made us feel at home.

When we come back to Bukhara, we will definitely stay here again!

I booked this hotel for my younger sister and her mother, and I’m very happy with the experience. The location is excellent, right in the city center, which made everything very convenient for them. The hotel also kindly arranged a transfer, as they were arriving from Tashkent, and they were warmly welcomed at the airport everything went smoothly.
Upon arrival, they were checked in quickly and given a spacious and comfortable room. The service throughout their stay was truly outstanding the staff were always helpful and attentive, assisting with any questions or requests.

Thank you for such a pleasant and well-organized experience.

Perfect choice for your stay in Bukhara!
Pros:

I think i can say honestly that we liked everything about our stay! The room was not too small, everything was clean and we really appreciated the free water we were given every day together with the house keeping:)
I would also like to compliment the owner and staff who took care of us, as they were attentive, helpful and even chatted with us about the city.
Can only recommend!
