Toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Begrüssung an der Reception war sehr freundlich. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Hotel liegt in Gehdistanz zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir fühlten uns sehr Willkommen!

Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal, man ist direkt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt, aber auch Taxis können perfekt vorm Hotel halten. Das Zweibettzimmer ist sehr geräumig und ich hatte sogar einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon im Innenhof. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit: Anfragen für Taxifahrten nach Xiva wurden von der Managerin übernommen, auch der Check in verlief besser als gedacht, da ich zwei Stunden zu früh ankam und nicht den administrativen Teil machen konnte, aber von einem Hotelmitarbeiter schon zu meinem Zimmer begleitet wurde.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, aber es gab wenig Auswahl (kein Büffet), was vielleicht aber auch daran lag, dass wenig Gäste da waren. Die Küche hat aber nachgefragt, wie man seine Eier haben möchte.

Pros:

Charming, great staff made sure I had early breakfast, give me a nice tour, very friendly. Excellent location. Nice & quiet for sleeping.

Cons:

Water pressure & cooling/fan could be better.

Beautiful place, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great location.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and perfectly located, just a short walk from the center of Old Bukhara and the start of the historic sights, but still feeling off the beaten path.

Cons:

Towels smelled a little bit musty but no other cleanliness issues at all - that's the only negative I can think of.

Pros:

Perfect location, clean rooms, helpful staff!
Pros:

Location, firm mattress, very clean

Cons:

This is not a complaint but the breakfast can be diversified a little. I personally prefer simple food, so I was happy with the selection but I can imagine people would like to see a broader selection. For the price, I think it was great.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The room was very clean and felt like new. Breakfast was a great selection. Overall a great stay and glad we chose this hotel

Excellent stay for a family trip.
Pros:

The hotel offers nice and very comfortable rooms, the facilities are clean and the furnitures new.
Good breakfast buffet with vegetarian and vegan options. Limited free coffee (one shot per person).
The position is ideal, a few walking meters from the old city center.

Cons:

Minor issue: we booked a room for 4, we got 3 beds and had our younger child sleeping with us in a king size bed.
Given the size of the beds, definitively not a problem but liked to know it upfront.

Best hotel on our trip to Uzbekistan.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely - different dishes were brought out to our table. Location was right in centre of Buchara, it was easy to walk to all the attractions. Room was big, bathroom had a heated floor, and good shower. Room opened onto a balcony above an an open air courtyard. The manager, Rukhsora, who spoke very good English was both friendly and helpful
