The cultural experience at Khans palace hotel left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.
Great location, close to the center but in a quieter street. Rooms are pretty comfortable, nicely furnished and good looking. Staff was kind.
We had requested a double bed (and they had confirmed via message) but got twin beds. One night, we randomly stopped having water in the bathroom - although, important to note that the staff reacted quickly and it was solved within the hour. Transfer to the airport is more than double the price of a Yandex…

Khans Palace Hotel inside the beautiful Ichan Qala in Khiva, and I truly enjoyed my experience! The location is perfect — right in the heart of the old city, which makes it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
One of my favorite parts was the terrace, which offers stunning views over the ancient city walls and minarets — especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The atmosphere of the hotel really captures the charm of Khiva. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this historic city!
Location is within old city, very very near to all tourist location. Can't ask for more. Room is great.
Breakfast is good but restaurant service is quite slow as coffee/food buffet replenishment were very slow. We have to call them for these to be replenished. Hope they could improve this.
Новый, современный отель в самом сердце старого города Хива. Отличное расположение — все главные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Персонал очень приветливый и вежливый, всегда готовы помочь. Номера просторные, кровати удобные, всё очень чисто и уютно. Остались только самые положительные впечатления от проживания. Отдельное спасибо хозяину отеля — он лично отвёз нас в аэропорт Ургенча. Всем рекомендуем этот отель, обязательно вернёмся снова!
Very central location which is close to all the main attractions and in the historic center.

La ubicación.
El desayuno estaba muy bien y el comedor muy agradable y bonito.
El personal no habla inglés. Se hace muy difícil cominicar.
Nos intentaron dar una habitación peor por una avería, lo cual fue un momento desagradable.
No pusieron edredones, al pedirlos el chico de la noche no los subió y tuvimos que insistir.
Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico, también lo tuvimos que pedir.
Al irnos habíamos contratado el Transfer al aeropuerto y el chico de la noche estaba dormido en el sofá de la recepción, lo tuvimos que despertar, no sabía nada, lo cual fue muy tenso.
El Transfer llegó a su hora pero la falta de profesionalidad del personal es clamorosa.
No volvería a reservar con ellos. El peor hotel de todo el viaje en cuanto a atención.
