По прибытию нам говорят что нет номера который мы забронировали за два дня, и доплатите за люкс. Гости стояли ждали почти 40 мин, уставшие с дороги. И о чудо номер появился оказывается!! Отвратительный сервис. Больше не выберем этот отель.
