环境不错，服务还有提升空间
Pros:

酒店非常高档，房间很大很豪华，单纯从价格来说很香性价比很高。

Cons:

不知道是不是沟通问题，说好的退房时的breakfast box也没有准备（前天晚上和酒店工作人员说了第二天会很早退房，赶不上酒店的早餐时间，希望能打包一些食物当早餐）

Pros:

Удобное расположение, чистота в комнате и классный сотрудник Султан, который делал все как надо.

Cons:

Очень неудобная кровать, твердый матрас из-за которого у меня болела спина, очень холодные комнаты, ночью замерзли. Шумоизоляция в комнате желает лучшего, ночью не могли спать из-за смеха мужчин в лобби.

Pros:

Lage war okay in der russischen Altstadt

Cons:

Zimmer sind zwar groß, aber die meisten sind INNENliegend. Man hört alle Gespräche aus der Lobby/dem Korridor; wenn Frühstückzeit ist, wird man zwangsläufig wach. Es gibt dementsprechend auch kein Tageslicht. Die Ausstattung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, sie sieht auf den Fotos besser aus, als in echt. Wasser ließ sich nicht angenehm temperieren, Frühstück war sehr dürftig (Speisesaal natürlich im UG und ohne Fenster) - wir waren drei Tage da und es gab stets die Sachen von den VortagEN.
Ferner (und das ist auch Kritik an Booking.com) wird beim Buchen nicht der Endpreis angezeigt. Sobald man mit der Buchung beginnt, kommt noch eine Stadtsteuer (das hatten wir auch schon in Bukhara) hinzu und nachdem man kostenpflichtig bestellt hat kommt NOCH EINE weitere Gebühr hinzu, was die Preise insg. ziemlich teuer macht.

Клевый отель в центре, но в тихом месте. Восточный стиль, колоритный, атмосферный. От жд вокзала 10 мин на машине. Выбор

Очень приятные сотрудники. Носят чемоданы, дали номер подальше от других гостей, чтобы было тише, предложили апгрейд номера. Номера большие, в восточном стиле, тихие. Завтрак вкусный. Есть столики на улице перед отелем, чтобы попить кофе
