Disappointing, maybe if they kill the roach and fix the flow of water in the shower head people will start to show up

I will still choose this place. I find the other establishments, nearby, more shabby. Maybe, I will bring a mini vacuum
Pros:

The location was convenient. Parking was available.

Cons:

In this stay, the pillow smelled and obviously was not changed. I notified the staff. They say they usually put the pillows under the sun, but, because it is raining, they are not able to do that. The changing of beddings is also doubtful. Maybe, they should use a washing machine to wash their pillows. A dryer to dry and disinfect them properly.

Booking.com failure
Pros:

We have stayed here before on our trip down for a family vacation to Bicol and was a great location. On our way back to break up the trip.

Cons:

On our arrival, it turned out that our reservation didn’t match the reservation that the hotel had and we didn’t have the rooms required for our stay. this wasn’t the fault of the hotel as I seen their confirmation was completely different than ours, and really was the substandard booking agency Booking.com that had left us with an inadequate number of rooms. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time that we’ve had issues with Booking.com in the last several days as we showed up at our property that didn’t even have our reservation. Leaving my family of eight without a place to stay thank goodness last minute we were able to find something local however, Booking.com is still arguing with us, saying we haven’t properly documented the experience to get any sort of compensation we were travelling with a 85-year-old and a 79-year-old family members and quite honestly I felt Booking.com didn’t care if we ended up sleeping on the street or not and I would strongly highly recommend using any other booking agency other than Booking.com for your future reservations as you may have the same experience that we had to go through. I will be deleting their app.
