Pros:

房间面积比较大，入住比较舒适，距离主要景点也很近。早餐里的沙拉很不错，尤其能拯救想吃蔬菜的中国人的胃。

Cons:

唯一不太满意的是，预定时显示可以刷VISA信用卡结账，但实际上只能用现金，希望改进。

最適解
Pros:

ホテルの入り口から自分たちの部屋まで近いところでした。
ロケーションもレジキスタンスクエア、シヨブバザールなど主要な場所は徒歩でお散歩できます。
朝食が美味しいです。特にパンとヨーグルト？がとっても美味しかったです。ホテルのスタッフもとても親切で最後は荷物を預かってもらえました。

Нам понравилось все! Завтрак, местоположение отеля, прям в центре. Все рядом. Отель чистый, номер очень красивый и просторный. Обязательно приедем еще и только в этот отель! Спасибо

Soggiorno di tre notti
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel tre notti. La struttura si trova nelle vicinanze del Registan, posizione molto comoda. Si raggiunge attraverso delle stradine non molto illuminate la notte, ma la zona è molto tranquilla.
La stanza molto spaziosa e luminosa. Il bagno anch'esso grande. Tutta la struttura molto ben tenuta e pulita.
Dello staff dell'hotel solamente due persone parlano inglese, in loro assenza risulta difficoltoso farsi capire.
La colazione è a buffet nell'interrato, piuttosto essenziale. Tè caldo e caffè self service.
Abbiamo richiesto due transfer. Il primo a Shakhrisabz, effettuato da un driver efficiente e simpatico. Il secondo a Tashkent, di cui parlo tra le cose negative.

Cons:

Il pagamento del soggiorno può essere effettuato solamente in contanti. Non sapendolo non eravamo preparati. Abbiamo quindi dovuto prelevare, ma con difficoltà. Gli ATM accettano sono carte Visa e noi siamo in possesso di un solo bancomat appoggiato su circuito Visa, con prelievo giornaliero limitato a 250 euro, che non copriva il totale da liquidare.
Per quanto riguarda il transfer a Tashkent, l'autista dopo una mezz'ora dalla partenza, alla nostra richiesta di attivare l'aria condizionata, ha risposto che si era rotta e visto che la stagione sta finendo non ha provveduto ad aggiustarla. Quindi abbiamo passato più di cinque ore su un'auto che sembrava un forno, con i finestrini aperti. L'hotel si è scusato e chiarito che non era a conoscenza della problematica, e ci ha proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Non metto in dubbio la buona fede dell'hotel, ma il servizio purtroppo è stato pessimo.

Een heerlijk centraal hotel
Pros:

Centrale ligging in het hart van de stad. Vriendelijke medewerkers en behulpzaam. Spreken Engels, royaal en lekker ontbijt. Schoon en een fijne ruime kamer

Cons:

Bedden waren erg hard, een zachte topper zou al verschil kunnen maken.

Pros:

Очень уютный аутентичный небольшой отель, расположенный в старом городе. Сам номер очень интересный, выполненный в национальном стиле - потолок из циновки, ажурная плитка в санузле, светильники - все дышит колоритом!

Superb
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location, just a few minutes walk from some of the main sights. Friendly, helpful staff, who readily agreed to change our room when we were unhappy with the one we were first given. The second room was spacious, comfortable and light. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room we were given on arrival was tucked away in the corner, with almost no natural light, bare walls and poor lighting. Maybe alright for an overnight stay, but not for our three day stay, with time spent in the room during the day, recovering from the heat. The manager very willingly changed the room for us.

Loved it!
Pros:

We loved our stay here, the rooms were really comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The staff was exceptionally kind and the seating area outside and on the rooftop were great! Will definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Samarkand :)

Pros:

The hotel is new and modern it is located in fantastic area which you have everything near it , all the famous places near to the hotel you can go it by walking for 5 minutes
The bed is very comfortable for sleeping
Breakfast is delicious and sweet
The owner is very polite and kind man every time he check about if we need everything and reply immediately for any questions you have
He upgraded the room to the royal room with free and made it as surprised for us when he observed that we liked it so much when we saw it during cleaning so after finishing he sayed to us please bring your bag and after you come back you will find surprise, after I came back I found that he put our bags in this royal room without any extra charge
We thank him so much about his kindness during our stay

Great place.
Pros:

Great location and atmosphere. Just a few minutes walk from Registan and Bibi Khanum. The paintings in the room and common places really catch an eye. This was really nice hotel and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

nothing, the stay was really nice.
