The room was clean
Terrible experience.
Constant noise from the kitchen above and traffic outside.
Bed was hard and uncomfortable.
Paid for 5 nights upfront (at their request). Told I’d get a refund for 3 unused nights when checking out early—but never received it.
Hotel ignored Booking.com and my direct requests for the refund.
Charged for 5 nights, stayed only 2. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Location was good, near to metro station and eatery.
The room appeared to be much smaller than what illustrated when booked, which mentioned an area of 484 sq ft(??) that came with a long sofa besides the coffee table with 2 chairs. Actually the room was rather small that left no space for the sofa, no even bench for our bags.
We were told the TV had only Uzbek channels (even that was not operational) International channels were not available!!
And just to mention, one of the counter staff appeared to be unfriendly.

Nice location, near the spectacular National Park (Milliy Bog'), Magic City, and the nightlife hub - Seoul Mun. Not far from Novza metro station, and the Tashkent Metro is a must-see! The hotel building was renovated recently and looks decent.
The staff need to do better. They never heard of breakfast in a lunchbox for early-departing guests, and neither helped my explanation. Nice thing to book pool and sauna, but I arrived a bit late and found the facilities already occupied (though it was supposed to be private use). They also tried to put me in an ugly and dark room on the ground floor of annex building - and only moved me to the main building after I complained about the strong odor. Then I was given a room with nice street view, but it turned out to be occupied! Cmon, it's not that hard to check whether a room was vacated and cleaned. I ended up with a backyard view - it was ok but a bit noisy (construction was going on nearby).
The room was cold, we could use ac, but there was radiator that want not working.
Asked several times slippery, but not delivered.

Everythig was great. All staff was wonderfull. Special thanks to Mr. Komron for his incredible help.

Once used breakfast tables were not made up again, silverware and serviettes etc.
Location is ok
This is not the first time I’m staying in this hotel, however most probably the last time. During my last stay I had terrible experience, my food was opened and eaten from the fridge by hotel staff. Of course they tried to apologize but I don’t feel safe to leave my stuff in the room

Just the restaurant is not available for meals other than breakfast or for outdoor visitors as well. Please start the restaurant for lunch, dinner and visitors also, it would be great!
Shower was broken, we hold them immedeately but they didnt do anything about it in four days
They wanted to charged us about 60€ for loundry! Which we obviously refused to Pay do they told us its on them
