Good location with amazing sea views. The optional breakfast is taken on the shared Balcony and was the best I had in Moalboal for the money. The girls on reception were fantastic and the owners couldn't have been more helpful when I had a personal problem.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very well maintained, they cleaned properly, the staff were helpful. They let us borrow snorkels for free (and we saw turtles and fish!) and got a discount when rented a motorbike.
The mattress was very comfortable and it had amenities as well.
Since it’s a little apart from the main street (but in a walking distance) it was quiet at night. It also had close access to the beach.
We really enjoyed our stay!
Maybe the stairs if you want to see the terrace in the 4th floor but it was not a big deal.

L'emplacement idéal proche du centre sans être dérangée par le bruit. La clim fonctionnait bien, la chambre était correcte. La gentillesse du personnel et le petit déj à choisir entre 3 options nous avons testé le sandwich omelette très bon.
Pour le petit déj ça manque d'un jus le matin. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une raclette dans la salle de bain, la douche était proche des WC et il y a de l'eau sur tout le sol.

Perfect location, in the room you have everything you need and it’s so comfortable. Plus the view is breathtaking and the girls that work there sooo lovely. Would definitely come back!

Nur das Penthouse ist akzeptabel- alle anderen Zimmer haben keinen Meerblick und liegen direkt an der Straße wo gegenüber schon ab6:00 morgens geredet wird, sodass man nicht mehr schlafen kann.
Dann gibt es keinen Pool; die Zimmer wurden in den 3 Tagen nicht einmal aufgeräumt; irgendwie stelle ich mir das anders vor

The bed was comfortable and I loved the smell of the sheets and laundry. Great amount of space and very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful and I had a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony/window.
The internet sometimes cut out and the water pressure was rubbish. Worth noting there’s a specific spot to put the shower at to make sure it stays at a consistently comfortable temperature otherwise it will alternate between very hot and cold.
Excellent staff and support with booking things and laundry. Clean, spacious rooms and a beautiful top deck. Breakfast was also delicious!
Our shower pressure wasn’t the best. I’d also recommend ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise on the street below.

The street is so noisy, from early morning with the open shop right in front of the hotel to late night with people passing by

Приветливые девушки не ресепшен дают бесплатно маски с трубками.
Можно заказать завтрак, такси, экскурсии. Если приедем ещё - с удовольствием тут опять остановимся.
Nhân viên rất thân thiện họ đã giúp đỡ chúng tôi rất nhiều trong khi lưu trú. Phòng ở thì không chê vào đâu được. Highly recommend
We had an amazing stay here! The staff is very friendly, they are really exceptional. The room was spacious and very clean. There is unlimited mineral water and coffee inside the room. We got there late in the afternoon and they helped us book canyoneering for the next morning. The sardine run is very close, around a 2-minute walk. We also got snorkeling gear from the staff for free to use, it was in very good condition, I think completely new. Also, the view from the terrace upstairs is amazing.
