Pros:

Room was clean and shower was hot. Close to Robinson Mall and restaurants.

Cons:

Its on the main road through Butuan. Very loud cars and motorbikes sometimes. Its a bit overpriced. The room was the smallest Hotel room Ive ever been in also.

Cons:

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall the place itself was decent and comfortable. However, our experience could have been better.
We arrived late at night after a long trip (02/09/2026), and unfortunately the receptionist on duty was not very approachable. A warm welcome would have made a big difference, especially for tired guests arriving late.
On our second day,(02/11/2026) we also noticed that the rice served during breakfast was hard and under cooked. We hope the kitchen team can improve on food quality, as breakfast is an important part of the guest experience.
We’re sharing this feedback in hopes that service and food quality can be improved for future guests.

Still okay
Pros:

Breakfast isn’t that appetizing and almost same everyday. Coffee isn’t nice as well. A bit sour in taste.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und dqs große Bett wirklich super gemütlich. Der Pool war nicht ganz so groß aber absolut ausreichen um sich zu erfrischen. Vom Hotel aus kann man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu den beiden Shopping Malls laufen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht einstellen sodass sie permanent im Wave Modus war. Im Badezimmer waren extrem viele Ameisen (Wahrscheinlich auch im großen Raum) und Warmwasser war wohl defekt. Als ich es angesprochen habe wurde mir natürlich sofort ein gleiches Zimmer angeboten. Da ich aber den nächsten Tag angereist bin habe ich es nicht genommen.

Te kort vanwege Nederlandse omstandigheden.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Was wat laat met uitchecken, was geen probleem.

Cons:

Schoonmaak niet gedaan, schone lakens en handdoeken doen ze ook niet aan heb ik het idee.

Une belle prestation de façon générale, mais compte tenu de la concurrence, il faut investir .
Pros:

Parfait pour le petit déjeuner et ils ont répondu à des demandes particulières.

Cons:

Mettre en place un système de climatisation moderne. Les climatiseurs présents sont d' une autre génération et malgré tout très bruyant et ne protège pas notre environnement.
L'entrée du parking devrait être mieux signaler avec aussi un petit coup de peinture.
