Terrible.
Pros:

The girl who greeted me was friendly and helpful. That was the only good thing.

Cons:

The place had not been cleaned for years. Every corner had cobwebs. The small fan was disgustingly dirty. I had to strip it down and clean it. The sink in the bathroom leaked onto my feet. No shower, only hand dipper. The pillows were totally lumpy. The road was noisy. The bathroom was filthy and needed thorough cleaning. You should not have this property listed on your site. RedDoorz needs to invest and improve it. I stayed there several years ago and it was better.

Gruesome
Pros:

Location was central and near to shops, banks, markets, bus terminal and restaurants, but noisy and polluted. The host was very nice.
The street wiring was a work of art and may have contributed to the power cut.

Cons:

Dirty. Bathroom was only partly functional. Sink tap was disconnected. Shower didn't work properly.
