The map directed us at the exit gate. Hotel phone number not updated so it cannot be reached. Refused to be upgraded to the next room type as we became 3 even when I said I will pay for the difference instead I was asked to have and pay the extra bed. My mom nearly fell because the extra bed cushion is bigger than the bed frame so it folded when my mom sat on its side. They refused to give the senior discount at first but when I told them I will file a complaint as it is against the law that they apply the discount. We were told that we can request ice but after they gave a bucket of ice, on the next request they said they already ran out of stock. Wifi not working. With all the inconveniences we requested for the Manager, Addah Lee Engle to meet us the next day but suddenly she filed for a leave and did not meet us. Hence, I would like to call the attention of the owner, Mr. Efraine Genuino to address all these concerns. Not to mention that the only person who was on duty the whole night was the front desk lady. No one to assist her during emergencies which is against the law.

Bathroom where we stayed was a little cramp.

I cannot smoke near the hotel. I have to walk a long way to smoke and I don't feel safe outside the hotel just to smoke.

It’s a bit pricey compared to other hotels with the same service and facilities. There’s no elevator, which is a bit of a challenge if you have a small kid and luggage. The staff was able to support though, and good thing we’re only on the second floor. The breakfast options are limited to tapa, corned beef and meat loaf. It’s also located within Trace College complex, within a subdivision, which requires around 5-8 min walk to Lopez Ave before catching a jeep going to UPLB.

elevator not working

-Elevator not working and our room was on the 3rd level.
- upon leaving the room (for check out) we had difficulty opening the door from inside. We called front desk : (10:40am) , and phone kept ringing. Had to resort to my daughter climbing out the sliding window, to help open the door with the kept from outside

It needs maintenance, such as the bathroom's shower door, faucet. The bed's mattress is old and stiff, we felt the spring. The pool was also not available during our check in.

bathroom not spacious, bathroom door not working well, facility is not fit for purpose. Wifi playing up.Cleaning requires improving.

Bathroom/toilet was too tight. Bathroom appeared appeared old and not maintained well.
The sink drain was so dirty.
Small bed.
No elevator.
The rooms were overpriced, considering very limited amenities and tight rooms/bathrooms.

Additional P1000 refundable deposit but was never advertised or noted at booking time.
P1500 charged to your room if you bring food back to your apartment - this was never disclosed until we brought food back.

1. The bathroom has no exhaust. When you take a warm shower the bathroom becomes humid. Also because of this the bathroom as well as the whole room do not smell that fresh.
2. The door lock is not easily opened. The lock seems to be stuck always. However, after staying for 2 days, I was able to discover the technique of opening the door from the inside and from the outside. However, one needs to exert some effort to do this. An elderly or a child would find it hard to do this. I suggest the property to fix this because it kind of annoying at times.
